We just had an amazing 2 nights at Moxy Banff. Karl specifically was of great service. He upgraded our room for our son’s 5th birthday and had laid out 5 blow up vows and 5 candy bars with 5 balloons!

Hotel reception staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice view.

Tunnel Mountain Resort is great. Our suite was wonderful, on two levels with a balcony with a tremendous mountain view. The resort is well located to visit sites in the surrounding area.

The rooms were definitely on the smaller side, but the overall vibe of the hotel and the service were amazing.

The outdoor hot tubs were very nice, with an incredible view of the mountains. Robes were provided but are quite tiny.
Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Had a lovely get away to Banff and really pleased with our stay at the Kenrick. The pool/sauanas/recovery pools were clean and looked nice.

We stayed at the Rimrock Resort Hotel as part of a Rocky Mountaineer tour. The property was spectacular, the room was spacious and had a great view.

I’ll be honest—at first I was worried because I saw a negative review that almost made me cancel. But I’m really glad I didn’t.

Excellent location if you intend on walking everywhere in downtown banff. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was good value and the overall atmosphere of the location was great.

Beautiful spacious lodge well located at the edge of Banff town. Good atmosfeer in the common lounch aswell as the spacious rooms which all have a fire place bathroom with separate shower and bath.

Our stay at Buffalo Mountain Lodge was absolutely incredible. I truly cannot say enough about the experience.

We had a great stay at the Juniper for 6 days. Staff was super helpful. Property was beautiful. Food was great too. Very convenient to Banff and ski areas. Wish the hot tub was a little hotter.

The location is excellent! Well within walking distance to the local activities, shops and restaurants with beautiful mountain views all around. The hotel staff were welcoming as well as helpful.

Basecamp is a solid middle ground between a hotel and an Airbnb. The units are clean, modern, and well set up for groups, and touchless check-in was easy. Overall, a good stay and a concept we like.

A charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of downtown Banff, surrounded by many dining options only steps away.

The only reason I wouldn't give this a great rating is so it won't be booked up when we want to come.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. A note, we did have to check in and out and access the hot pool across the street in the canoe hotel but it was worth it as the outdoor pool is beautiful and relaxing.

Location is nice when you want to near the mountains but still close enough to the downtown centre. Our room is adjacent to our parking and accessible.

We would definitely recommend the Banff Caribou Lodge & Suites. The rooms very comfortable, clean and we had a good night's sleep. They gave us free bus passes during our stay.

Emily was the greatest help to us in our stay.

Jan. 2026-So many good things to say about the Royal Canadian Lodge! Recently remodeled room was simple yet tasteful.

It was a memorable experience, we felt great at your hotel. We just came from Romania and after a long 10 hour flight believe me this hotel is what you need.

A difficult hotel to review in my opinion because it was definitely a comfortable cosy retreat after a day out in the mountains but has it’s flaws.

All the staffs were extremely friendly — they helped us finding and booking all the activities from their end.

Room was quite nice. Atmosphere is not as fancy as other hotels but still nice.
Our room was not made up. We were in a corner and the other suite next to us had their no service sign out.

Amazing bang for your buck. Comes with full complementary breakfast. Eggs/sausages/waffles/fruit/muffins/oatmeal/cereal/tea/coffee. Rooms were clean and have been updated.

We had a terrific stay at Thea’s house with Alex and Peter. Their home is beautiful, charming, cozy, and romantic. The location is ideal — walking distance from town but extremely quiet and peaceful.

We stayed 4 nights in this B&B and enjoyed it very much. It is in a great location, with easy parking and a short pleasant walk into the centre of Banff.

Absolutely loved our stay at At Wits End. April is an excellent host. Rooms and facilities are brilliant and the extra mile is taken with all aspects. Couldn’t have felt more welcome or more at home.

Wonderful experience! The location was great, the transit stops are right outside the front door! And, just a short stroll to shops and great eats. Plus, our room was perfect with a great view.

Quiet room and friendly staff, with good value for money. The location is excellent. Close to everything you need in Banff. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
