Hotels in Yerevan with Parking

A few years ago we stayed at this guest house, and stayed again in May 2025. Incredible house and wonderful hostess Arpine! Every time I have the impression that I stayed at the home of loved ones.

Wonderful, very friendly hostess Arpine! She told me everything, where the shops are, where the exchange office is, how to get to the center, allowed me to check in early and check out later.

This place was a true revelation for me, and I'm happy to share what makes it so special.
From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how welcoming and attentive the staff was.

This isn't my first time in Armenia. I've stayed in other areas before. What can I say: this is exactly what I needed. The Sari-Taha area is "my" area. It's atmospheric, colorful, and warm.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully furnished. Floors are marble and bathroom walls are also marble. The room was large and comfortable for a week long stay.

Overall, my impression was positive.

A great boutique hotel. It's not too crowded and easy access to everything around central Yerevan. Reasonable prices.

The room is good. The shower cabin is small. They clean it daily. The quality of cleaning is good. There is no laundry service. There is no food service in the room. The location is excellent.

I was flying to Europe and had a layover in Yerevan for a day. It was perfect for a one-day stay without breaking the bank!

Very hospitable staff! We checked in after hours, late in the evening. We were sent detailed instructions on self-check-in via WhatsApp. The only downside is that there is no elevator.

The apartment was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at Friendly Hotel in Yerevan! The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the city center, and close to supermarkets, cafes, and exchange offices.

It was a really wonderful stay. The position of the hotel is perfect (near shopping pedestrian street Northern Avenue, also not far from Republic Square).

The room was excellent and clean, and the location was convenient. Although there were some minor issues, it was still excellent value for the money.
The grounds are currently undergoing renovations.

We are two bicycle routers and need a quiet place after all the adventures. Red Hot is the best value for your money. Clean rooms and quiet (our window was towards the yard).

Excellent clean room, on the 1st floor, next to the reception. There was always Wi-Fi, hot water, a large refrigerator with a freezer, warm blankets, hangers in the closet.

We liked the interior, cleanliness, service, and value for money.
We're actually surprised that rooms in the capital are available for such a price.

Excellent place in Yerevan. Close to the university and the city center. The hostel is run by a lovely family that gives a warm homely feeling to every guest. Excellent cleanliness.

A lovely and beautiful guesthouse with very responsive hosts. Far from everything, but very peaceful.

The hotel is very clean, the girls are all friendly, a quiet place, everything is within walking distance. And most importantly, there is air conditioning in the room, it really helps in the heat.

+ Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, private toilet/bathroom, perfect shared kitchen, location a bit far from the center but still a good location with good transport connection.

Excellent location of the hotel, located in the very center of Yerevan, all key attractions are nearby. Within walking distance from the hotel there is a 24-hour grocery store and a pharmacy.

Had a good stay, nice new room. Reception organized a next-day laundry service for me as I was only staying two nights, even though it’s not something the hotel itself offered. Would recommend.
