We absolutely loved this beautiful hotel! Our large 24 sq meter room with balcony was clean and comfortable. The secure electronic safe and small refrigerator were awesome. The comfortable thick padded room slippers were a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. Shower had dual heads and great water pressure. Shampoo and body wash provided. Super fast Wi-Fi. Being able to get cash in the lobby atm was super convenient. They also offer a shuttle service to Republic square from 9am to 9pm, one way only. Guests receive a 15% discount on lunch or dinner in the onsite restaurant, and the food was delicious! My wife and I especially enjoyed the pork tender and trout fillet salad. We also tried the breakfast buffet one morning and it was quite good. Complimentary 2 bottles of water per day was nice.
The entire staff was great, but I would especially like to thank Gor, Gurgan and Margarita for their outstanding service!
Avoid avoid avoid! Awful service in the sense that they tried to rip us off twice. Once with a ficticious charge for the room and another time with a fake restaurant bill that we ended up paying. Thieves!
Update: The registration was under my girlfriend's name and you absolutely know what I'm talking about with the fake restaurant bill and extra charge. Stop trying to scam people for extra money now you lost a customer. If it was just the workers at the reception you need to fire them. It's a shame because otherwise it's a good hotel and room.

My stay at Red Bridge Hotel was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with true professionalism and warm hospitality.
