Staffs are very friendly and very flexible. My flight was 5pm and as per the rule I had to leave the room 12pm but they let me stay until the time I wanted.

I had a reservation at Grand Fortune Hotel, Tairov Street, Yerevan, with the full amount paid in advance. It was my first time visiting Yerevan, and upon arrival at the hotel, I was suddenly told that the room I had already paid for was given to someone else—for a higher price. Instead of honoring my reservation, they offered to transfer me to another hotel and claimed they would cover the cost.
I trusted them and went to the new hotel, only to find out that the staff there had no idea about any arrangement and had not received any payment from Grand Fortune Hotel. I was expected to pay again. The hotel was so poor that we decided not to stay at all.
They refused to refund my money until I threatened to contact the police. They ignored my phone calls and wasted over 2.5 hours of my time, leaving me stranded in heavy rain, at night, in a foreign country and unfamiliar city.
If you don’t want to go through a nightmare, do not stay at this hotel. They are dishonest and manipulative. This was a terrible experience and they should be ashamed of the way they treated a visitor—it was a disgrace to the country. I was in Yerevan for only two days on a business trip, and they completely ruined it.

I love this place. The owner is very accommodating and it's very clean. The staff is awesome. You are not right in the city center. You have to either walk or taxi. But it's an OASIS in the middle of nowhere. I have booked here many times and will continue to do so!

I'm writing this review to warn potential guests about my absolutely dreadful experience at the Grand Fortune Hotel. My reservation was abruptly canceled by the hotel just one hour before my scheduled arrival. This was done without any prior notice or attempt to contact me. When I reached out to the hotel management, the director was incredibly rude and showed no remorse for their unprofessional behavior.
The hotel's location is appalling, situated in an unsafe neighborhood. It is not suitable for families or anyone seeking a peaceful stay. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the low rates, as the stress will far outweigh any perceived savings.

I was at the hotel at the beginning of July. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The center of Yerevan is 15 minutes by car, but there is a bus not far from the hotel. The hotel is small but very cozy. Attentive and responsive staff. Double room on the 3rd floor, quite spacious and clean. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel for her hospitality.

The rooms on the ground floor, the entrance to which is from the courtyard, smell wildly of damp, the kitchen has unsanitary conditions, there is no drinking water, you can only buy it from them, although they say you can drink from the tap, but it tastes like bleach.
It is written that it is located five minutes from the center, in fact it’s almost there, it’s actually not far, but it would be five minutes if the red pedestrian bridge was open there, but it’s been under reconstruction for several years now, it’s a 25-minute walk, the hotel is in the depths an area that many tourists think is an industrial zone.
The staff is very rude, in general I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Convenient location, not expensive, easy and quick access from/to the center. The hostess is hospitable, speaks 3 languages; everything is explained clearly and clearly. Hostess is specific to Armenia: friendly relations, friendly and supportive idle conversations with sincere interest. The rooms are standard, convenient location. Everything was in the room; additional sets of linen/bath accessories are provided upon request. We will be happy to stay again 👌
Simply UNREALLY delicious! Breakfast and lunch are garbage! They are offered upon request, there are no Swedes) ) but to be honest, this is good! The quality of food and presentation are excellent!

The hotel is not far from the airport, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay for a couple of days. It is possible to order an additional dinner. After the check-out, we left the bags for saving for free and in the evening before departure picked up it.
Very weak Wi-Fi signal even in public areas, constantly knocked out. Far from the city centre, there is no cafe or large store nearby.

We lived on the 2nd floor, clean, comfortable, polite staff, cleaning done every day, linen changed and vacuumed upon request. Internet is good. Quiet and calm.
The location is the only significant disadvantage of this hotel; opposite there is a traffic police station and broken down cars all around.

At first they gave me a very bad room near the parking like a leftover. Which also didn't have Wi-Fi. I had to ask to be moved so when they moved me to another room which is better equipped. I wonder why I wasn't I provided with this room the first place!
I had a tour to catch the next day and requested breakfast to be at 8 am. They refused with a very rude attitude, claiming that their breakfast would start at 8:30 am! I had to leave the hotel at 8:30 am and left without breakfast although I have paid for it!

In short — the hotel is disgusting, the photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality, the owner is just a rude and unpleasant person.
We had a reservation with payment on the spot in CASH, but on the day of check-in at 12:54 (1 hour before the official check-in time) they had already charged the amount for the 1st night from the card as a “no-show” penalty. I wanted to pay the full amount in cash, but the owner refused to issue a refund. He insisted in an unfriendly and inhospitable manner that he had the right to do so.
Despite the apparent “closeness” to the center, the location is terrible — in an industrial zone, in the middle of a parking lot of junk cars, opposite the traffic police building. The nearest public transport stop is 15-20 minutes on foot.
We arrived around 15:00, booked a REGULAR double room, but we were accommodated one category lower in the BUDGET double room 103 — the most run-down and shabby.
This is a room on the ground floor with a separate entrance and windows to a common courtyard — i. E. Neither open nor uncurtain the windows. The room was damp and had a musty smell. All the furniture is in poor condition, towels with holes, torn carpets, some black spots on the bed linen, tattered walls — you can see for yourself in the photo. There is no wardrobe in the room. There was no HOOD in the toilet/shower room, and even the brush was broken!

Family run hotel. Parking right on site. Our host, Vartan, very polite, welcoming and attentive to all our needs. Room quiet and of very comfortable size overlooking the hotel gardens. Relaxing bed. Dinner very tasteful at decent prices. Kitchen and Service impeccable. Breakfast enjoyable, plenty and variety of choices. Hospitality at its best. Definitely recommended.

First of all, I want to say that the owner is a very unfriendly person. We booked this hotel based on comments from Booking. Com. For some reason, booking could not debit the money from the card and upon arriving at the hotel we paid with the card on the spot for the entire period of stay (from March 25 to April 1)
Impression of the room: the first thing you see is a broken mirror glued to the wall. 1 table and 1 chair, bed.
Feeling cold. Having taken off your shoes, it is impossible to stand on the floor even in slippers, because you immediately freeze. For bed linen — 1 small blanket for ONE person (in the end we asked for another one and they gave it to us without a duvet cover, which was also unpleasant) The door does not close tightly, you need to press it to lock it.
Having asked about breakfast, we were told that it is possible after 9 am and as soon as we wake up, we need to go outside and go to the cook, say that we woke up and they will give us breakfast, which we will eat in a room with 1 CHAIR! Breakfast is simple, no issues, but eating in the room is completely inconvenient, as one person sits on a chair and the other person stands.
Windows without thick curtains. Keep in mind that if you are not accommodated in the main building (I really don’t know what rooms are there) — with the lights on — you will be visible from the street, and at night you may not sleep, because light from the street and the noise of passing cars enter the room.
