Cozy hotel 10-mins away from the Sasuntsi Davit subway station. The staff is friendly and always glad to help. Rooms are small, but quite tidy and nice.

Comfortable and clean rooms. 15 min drive from the Republic square. Wifi was slow and turning off often.

The entire facility was clean and spotless. The staff were top notch and friendly. They addressed any issue we had and we really appreciated their attentiveness.

I chose it because it was close to the center, walking distance, the Razdan stadium; the airport and the exit from the city towards Gyumri.

A few years ago we stayed at this guest house, and stayed again in May 2025. Incredible house and wonderful hostess Arpine! Every time I have the impression that I stayed at the home of loved ones.

Wonderful, very friendly hostess Arpine! She told me everything, where the shops are, where the exchange office is, how to get to the center, allowed me to check in early and check out later.

I had a good stay for a budget hotel. Room was alright. Very clean and straightforward. Bed was a bit weird, not sure what it was.

Excellent and helpful staff! We arrived early and early check-in was not possible, but our room was cleaned first and we were allowed to check in early. Beautiful garden view.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Mashtots twice – once alone and once with my family (including my child) – and both times were truly excellent!

Wonderful guesthouse ❤️ Clean, well-maintained, and cozy rooms. The owner, Khachatur, and his wife are very attentive, responsive, and kind. The open balconies are very convenient for smokers.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week and were absolutely delighted with the service and care! And the breakfasts were delicious and varied!

I had a two-night reservation at La Casa Hotel. It so happened that the radiator in my room unexpectedly leaked.

Excellent hotel! We arrived late, by the time we got to the hotel it was already 10 pm, we checked in without any problems.

To the Cascade on foot ≈20 minutes.
Audibility is a nightmare, in the room you could hear everything that was happening in the corridor.

I'm giving 5, as it's the best value for money. The owners, workers and cooks there will make you feel you are a part of their family.

A small but cozy hotel. Very clean. I'd especially like to mention the food in the hotel cafe. Excellent breakfasts, personalized service at dinner. The staff was respectful.

I had a great time at Kantar Hostel. It is a very peaceful and clean place.

This is an exceptionally well run place. The staff is taking care of all issues, the location is perfect, the rooms are quiet, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.

Norekats has nice and comfortable apartments. Very clean and al friendly staff. Access to city is easy with Yandex taxi.

Garden Lounge Hotel Yerevan in Shengavit is a true embodiment of coziness and care!

Pros:
The room was well equipped with useful amenities. There was a kettle, bottled water, tea, instant coffee, and a refrigerator.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Its location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped.

Amazing experience! Breakfast was good and rooms were spacious and clean!
We enjoyed numerous games of billiard in a special room designed for that.
10/10 will go back when staying in Yerevan.

Lovely, clean, with very well-kept grounds. The rooms are huge, everything is clean. Very friendly staff, responsive. We arrived in the evening, ordered food — everything was fresh and very tasty!

All good, we wished there was an option to check in earlier like 50% of the payment to get the room 6 hours earlier but no option and we had to wait for several hours on the street.
