The location is good and the room is good.
However, the network is poor, always unable to connect. I asked them to check the network but the reception never listen and just replied me don't know. That's all.

The location is good and everything is available. The breakfast was suitable for 4-star hotel and the room was clean. There were no toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom, only shampoo, body wash and soap. I think the bathroom needs renovation and more equipment such as installing shelves and hair dryer.

The hotel is okay. The room was big, clean, and tidy, with comfortable beds. There were bathrobes, slippers, and a safe in the room. The hotel is a bit old. For ironing, there was one ironing board in the hallway that everyone had to use.
Breakfast was fine — you can find something to eat, but the breakfast area was stuffy and not well-ventilated.
On our first day, there was a guy at the reception who helped us a lot — he booked a restaurant for us and was really friendly. In general, the staff were nice and helpful.
The location is good. It’s close to everything. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the restaurant street near Cascade and about 18 minutes to Republic Square.

We stayed in this hotel during our visit to Armenia. Iys nice and quite hotel room and services were good and the break fast is delicious. Also the location is good it's near Ghom market and 15 minutes walking to Republic square.

We had a very good experience in this hotel for 7 days the room and service is good, the location is great and the breakfast is very good also, yasser.

Located in a busy street with heavy traffic and smog. We were upgraded to a huge two-bathroom suite, which was much appreciated, but the toilet seat was broken and shaky.
Breakfast was good with variety and lots of local fruits like cherries and apricots. Service is Soviet-style.
Pool and spa access is not complimentary for hotel guests. Entry is 3000 drams per person which, considering the higher price of the room compared to more centrally located 4* hotels, is a shame.

A pleasant, smart and clean hotel, full of nostalgia at a reasonable price. Breakfast included without a premium. A perfect base in which to see all that the city centre has to offer and a great place to start adventures further afield.
Definitely recommended.

Clean but old, services is ok in general, staff are friendly, location is good but need to walk 25 minutes to reach the center.

The food in the breakfast wasn’t that good, it wasn’t that bad either. But I had way better expectations for it. People in the rooms were being incredibly noisy, jumping and screaming around all day and night, my family and I couldn’t sleep. We even called the reception to complain. The noises never stopped. Once we asked the housekeeper for an extra roll of toilet paper and she said no. The room is nice and big tho, view is pretty horrible but that’s not what we’re here for.

The room was clean, but the heater made a terrible noise, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel’s location was close to Republic Square, but it was right next to a busy street, and the windows weren’t soundproof, so the traffic noise kept me up all night. The breakfast was average. Overall, if I visit Yerevan again, I’d rather spend more and stay at a better hotel.

The location was really good and the staff with friendly behaviour, the bath had hot water with good pressure and enough space, long time for serving breakfast so you wouldn't miss it.

Hi. Such shame for this big hotel 👎 in Armenia Yerevan! Actually I live in England n I came to this hotel a few night ago to visit my brother, to be honest he has an appointment for US embassy etc, anyway each times when we passed reception they behaved so unprofessional without any respect, last night I asked the Old guy in the Barr for little salt, he answered No we don’t have! I mean they have no idea how treats guests, bad experiences!
Most stuff couldnt speak English, disrespect, stinks in toilets! The stuff was absolutely Rude and Terrible behaviour, I would say No respect whatsoever! Do not try this Hotel. 👎

Food was ok a little early location is the best you can get rooms were great they were rooms one thing I didn't notice is the pool wasn't free and I paid for it every time thinking it was a small fee but looking the few times I used the pool it added up like 60$ 70$ first few days in Yerevan you really have to put the exchange rate on your mind and in perspective cause everything that is 3 or 4 drams is not nothing it can add up.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic, but that's about it. The Wi-Fi is mediocre (though stable), the breakfast hall is always crowded, the food is good in variety but not in taste, the rooms are very loud because of the constant traffic outside. Could be difficult for some people to sleep here.

Bad service, and the cleaners were very rude. Due to missing a towel, they wouldn't let my parents leave for their flight and insisted on checking their baggage, they charged them 2k for a towel, who is the manager of this poor service?

This situation was next to the entrance door of our room during the entire 4-day stay in this hotel. This hotel was very ordinary and without facilities, and even the swimming pool was not free for hotel guests and had to be charged, which was far from expected.

Great sized rooms if a little dated in style. Biggest issue is breakfast times. This hotel caters to Chinese groups and as breakfast opens at 7.30 only (not a second before) a swarm of guests, mainly Chinese, fill the room making it impossible to get a table and get to the food. Only one coffee machine also (which is painfully slow to make a drink) so if you need to leave relatively early it’s very frustrating.
