My stay here in Yerevan was for a week, my first time, and I'm very happy. The hotel is very clean, the water is hot, and the best part is the staff – very helpful and respectful. The location is also convenient, close to Republic Square, and there's a 24-hour supermarket across the street. I will definitely come back again.

At 10am on the same day I was going to arrive, a lady (Sylvia) called to ask me what time we would be arriving at the hotel. I confirmed the time with her, and then at 3pm she called me to say that she would be ‘upgrading’ us to another room for free because there was some issue with the room we were originally supposed to have. We arranged a taxi to the hotel and arrived. We checked in, with Sylvia giving us two options of rooms to choose. She could speak very good English, so we could communicate easily with her. However we only saw one and chose that one. It had one double bed and another single (we were three people). The single bed looked a bit unstable and similar to a hospital bed, so we moved the sheets and cover to the sofa so one of us could sleep there. It was comfortable. The room had a clean bathroom and kitchen area, including a microwave and cups. One thing though is that they could provide bottled water (the hotel receptionist said that the tap water was fine, but we do not drink tap water). The hotel was in a very good location, with a large 24/7 supermarket (had a money exchange and ATM inside) very near so we could buy bottled water, and the Republic Square was less than 10 minutes. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy.

Perfect location within walking distance to all the main sights in Yerevan. Simple but clean and comfortable rooms.
Checkin was slow and cumbersome. Wouldn't recommend paying for the breakfast — the selection is limited and food is of poor quality.

Good location and service. Normal room with ok facilities but huge construction is going on next to the building and also huge sound and vibration because of Metro going under the street.

It was a huge discount on bookingcom and I understand why. Its literally impossible to ask the original price for this hotel.
The location is great. The staff is friendly.
The size of the room and bathroom is good. But it definitely needs to be renovated. The walls are all dirty. The bathroom is clean-ish. The bed is clean. But they only use one sheet which moves while sleeping\turning around so you lay down at the mattress which I don't find very comfortable and hygienic.
There are constructions going on but in the evening and night you don't notice this. I stayed in room 302 and I felt and heard the metro but it's not annoying. (And I'm sensitive to sounds).
The breakfast is terrible. It's included the price but I still went outside to get something.
Overall I wouldn't stay here again and they need to do a lot of renovation to make it a good hotel again.

First: there is no parking. It is a tiny alley between the hotel and the construction side with max space for like 4/5 cars and not very safe (especially if you have a rental car). We reached and they tell us that our room was under renovation so they gave us a better one: an absolute joke, we booked a studio and they put us the first night in a tiny dark room on the ground floor with bugs and spiders (not very clean) and we could not sleep because being next to the reception, people were screaming at 2 am. Yes, the staff is kind but still we find out that the issues was that they gave our room to someone else. Breakfast was depressing, we had to have it outside. We managed to get to our booked room the night after: door was not very functioning and the shower curtain was dirty, I’ll just say this. The only positive thing was the location. The people putting the positive reviews I don’t know how they could.

It's a bit tired hotel however it's amply made up by the helpfulness and friendliness of staff. From reception to the two ladies who clean the rooms, the lady who makes breakfast are absolutely brilliant.

The hospitality and friendliness of the hotel staff is out of this world. They will do everything for you to feel comfortable. During our stay, one of them went with us on a trip to Khor Virap as a guide… on his day off after a night shift! Yuri, thanks again for a beautiful trip!
The location (approx. 300m from the Republic Square) is amazing. Very walkable distances to a lot of places in Yerevan!

I was their for two days clerk was rude I think I lost my bedspread that I broug ht I was badly received by second clerk after leaving I ask if I can come back I have about 12hours I left early but I was rejected.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Tigran Mets with my family from December 18 to 21, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
One of the highlights of our visit was the seamless upgrade to our room, which was handled without any additional fees. This thoughtful gesture set a positive tone for our entire stay. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, making it a perfect home base for our adventures in Armenia.
The hotel's central location was a significant advantage, as it was just a short walk from Republic Square, the heart of Yerevan. Being in the center of everything we needed made exploring the city incredibly convenient. We were within walking distance to many of Yerevan's top attractions, including the impressive Cascade Complex, the vibrant Vernissage Market, and the historic buildings surrounding Republic Square, such as the Government House, the History Museum, and the National Gallery. The evening light and sound show at Republic Square, with its dancing fountains, was a particular highlight of our stay6810.
The hotel also offered a range of tours at very reasonable prices. The staff took the time to understand our interests and helped us select activities that would make our visit truly memorable. I was particularly impressed by Sofia, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable.

Stayed here with a group of 10 person. We checked in at 16.00 (checkin time from 14.00). Most rooms did not have towels or bedsheets and we were told this would take another hour to be delivered.
You can feel the metro driving past while you sleep.

Very disappointed in this service.

The employee, who did the reservation named Silvia is uneducated and not competent person, who is shouting at the guest and not acting adequate.
This is the worst experience I had ever in any Hotel.

The worker named Silvia was the worst in customer service. Not having any kind of communication skills. The rooms wasn’t ready at the Check-in time.
It was the worst experience I ever had in any kind of hotel.

The hotel is not worth the money, there are many better options for the same amount.
The view from the window can be seen in the photo; almost everything in the room is made uncomfortable. Terrible bed linen, uncomfortable shower. You can hear the metro very loudly. The room itself is ugly, I highly recommend it.

Very helpful and friendly lady in the reception. In the middle of the night (02:00), I was forced to call the reception and ask them to do something with the noice. Some idiots were opening and closing doors like being in a bar and talking outlound like being in the market trying yo sell something.

We stayed in one of the apartments.
All needed equipment was there, very nice clean inside.
Staff was very nice and helpful.
Great location, plenty of shops around, few steps away from city centre.
