Lovely little hotel/guest house rooms were very clean and spacious. You are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, the owners are very friendly and willing to help with anything if needed. Also this location is great it is right in the city centre so it’s close to everything.

Very nice, silent and homely guesthouse. Very central in the City Center. The hosts are very attentive and friendly. A Lot of space, very clean and in best condition.

I stayed at this cozy little house right in the center of Yerevan, everything was simply perfect! The location is incredibly convenient: all the main sights, cafes, and shops are within walking distance. The neighborhood is calm and safe, I felt very comfortable. The house itself is clean, cozy. I’d especially like to mention the hosts very kind and attentive people who helped arrange an airport transfer. I left with only positive impressions. I truly recommend this place!

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, modern and spacious room. This is the place you want to choose if you are looking for these qualities, plus it is great value for your money. We stayed here for two days and enjoyed it so much that we returned for another three days after touring in the countryside.
It is well-managed by Zhir, who was in touch with us before our stay. As well, he followed up during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a plus that he spoke English. There is a family who takes care of cleaning and taking care of the property. They make sure the room is spotless and refreshed every day.
The location is perfect. Just off of the main square, but on a quiet street with no traffic. Most of the tourist sites are witin walking distance. There is a supermarket about a one minute walk away, plus plenty of coffee shops and restaurants all around.
The room is modern and bright. Great shower, hot water and water pressure. The Wi-fi was excellent. Our room had a small refrigerator and kettle for making coffee/tea.
I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a lovely stay here. The room was modern and comfortable, and the hosts were lovely and very communicative. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The location is great — walking distance from anywhere central but still a quiet location on a side street.

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Yerevan, Armenia, and had a fantastic experience. The host was a young guy who spoke English, which was very helpful. He provided us with his contact number and was easily reachable throughout our stay. The accommodation has one or two parking slots nearby, and they ensure these spots are available if you’re arriving by car.
The location is perfect—right in the middle of the city center yet not noisy at all. The apartment is situated between houses and faces a garden, which adds to its tranquility. There are four or five rooms, and the one we stayed in was super clean and exactly as shown in the pictures.
I highly recommend this place. It’s quite budget-friendly and operated by a family, giving it a warm, personal touch. They don’t offer breakfast or anything super fancy, but if you’re a tourist who plans to explore the city rather than spend all day in the room, it’s picture perfect.

Everything was superbly. The location is super central. The owners are very kind, hospitable and responsive. The room was big and clean. If I go there again, I will stay at the same place. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Over the past year and a half, I have been to Yerevan 7 times, passing through with stops for several days. I have used the services of this hotel a couple of times. If you do not need the services of large chain hotels, then this is one of the best options in terms of location, comfort and price. Special thanks to Giraud for his hospitality and efficiency.

The room was so tidy and cozy I nearly overslept the flight back. :) The staff here is very friendly and ready to help whatever happens. Hotel is located in the center of the city, but there's no noise.

I definitely recommend this place! Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights. The owner of the place was very accommodating, he helped us with our luggages and brought everything that we need. The place is also near to almost all of the popular spots here in Yerevan. There’s also a supermarket near this place that’s why it’s so great. The room also was very bag, clean and spacious. I’ll come back again to this place when I visit Yerevan for the 3rd time! 🤩🥰

My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon for two nights it was so amazing. The quality is incredible and very clean. They also are so kind and generous. They brought us cognac and plenty fruits. Thank you for your hospitality. We definitely recommend.

Lovely place in the very center of the city. Easy walk to all landmarks. Very hospitable owners, caring of their guests. Newly refurbished rooms, clean and fresh. Tea station, fridge, bathroom amenities — all is there for your comfort.
