BM Avenue Hotel

AC didn’t work for 24 hours (we had baby.
Also with us) we had to call the police to get it fixed. Staff tried to move us to a smaller room or charged extra for one with AC. Unprofessional, poor management, barely any English spoken. Chimney and phone didn’t work, and the building layout was a mess (had to switch lifts to reach our room). They sent a fruit platter as an apology, but after wasting a full day, it meant nothing. Avoid this hotel at any cost.
And funny fact managers name was margarita and she was aware of everything and trying to nicely say we don’t care, take it or leave it!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at the North Avenue Hotel. Despite cancelling one night of my reservation well within the allowed timeframe, I was still charged for that extra night. I followed all the cancellation policies correctly, so this charge is completely unjustified!
This kind of practice feels dishonest and unprofessional.

Absolutely unacceptable management!
Deluxe room had a severe water leak from bathroom to the bedroom — after 3rd day with my terrible frustration they finally changed my room. New room didn't have a HOT water for few days.
Management of the hotel is unable to take care of problems and with pleasant smile they will continue lying to your face.
Location is perfect but hotel is terrible because of extremely poor management.

Worst experience I could ever imagine. We booked our room through their own website 3 months in advance. We arrive overnight after 20 hour flight to find out that they canceled our room without letting us know and gave it to someone else. They did not contact us, accepted their mistake but did not want to accommodate with the only room available that was more expensive. We paid extra just to sleep through the night then woke up to water and electricity outages… rooms are clean but there is no customer service! Terribly disappointed.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful!
Among all the great things I experienced, the service and attitude of the staff—especially Arthur and Alisa—stood out the most.
Arthur was always smiling, patient, and professional. Every time I needed assistance, he was there with a great attitude and ready to help.
Alisa brought such positive energy and responsibility to her work, making my experience even more enjoyable and comfortable.
It’s rare to come across such genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming staff in a hotel.
Huge thanks to the hotel management for having such an amazing team. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to my friends!

Good hotel, perfect location, so clean, in the messier of every thing, Alisa is great staff.

In general it is a good Hotel and we were lucky to grab some pretty attractive deal for 4 days.
The only issue — a knife was taken (stolen? ) from our room and never returned. This darkened our otherwise stellar experience. If you dont that much worry about loosing things in your room — absolutely good place. With pool and gym and (well, pretty expensive) breakfast.

Stayed there for two nights. It was a tremendous experience for us! The room was absolutely clean, all the necessities were already inside the room. The staff were smiling all the time and very helpful at all times. It was an amazing experience to stay in this hotel. Totally recommended ❤️

The whole time I was having breakfast, the waiters were staring at me and were very rude, they didn't even say good morning, and my room was very noisy and they refused to change it when I asked. I don't think it's worth spending money on. It was my worst experience in Armenia.

Following is what I have experienced during my ten days stay in this hotel which was somehow pleasant:
Location is perfect, easy access downtown…
Hospitable staffs.
Breakfast choices are limited.
Gym is equipped with good facilities.
Pool is not very big.
Towels have distinctive odour.
Apartments have no bar.
No bidet available.
Rooms are clean and the view is interesting.

Booking Nightmare. I tried to book two rooms for my family but had the worst experience with their reservations department. The representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. It took forever to get any information, and I felt like I was bothering them just by asking questions. If this is how they treat potential guests, I can only imagine how they treat those who are already staying there. Definitely not worth it!

My family and I just spent two miserable nights here with no hot water. After traveling all day, we came back hoping for a hot shower, but we were met with cold water instead. The staff was rude when we complained, and despite promising to fix it, nothing happened. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Although I had high expectations for my stay at North Avenue, I was sadly disappointed. The room was claustrophobic and badly kept. The Wi-Fi hardly functioned and the air conditioner had problems. Instead of feeling like a 4-star hotel, it seemed like a 2-star one. If you are searching for quality and comfort, I would not suggest this location.

Misleading Policies. I attempted to modify my reservation with North Avenue following the cancellation of my flight. Rather of being sympathetic, they charged my card without asking permission to cancel. I was astounded by their lack of professionalism. They seemed to be taking advantage of my circumstances. I advise searching for a hotel that is more reliable!

Inadequate client support. I recently had a horrible experience while staying at this motel. The personnel lacked friendliness and assistance. They didn't seem to want to help when I mentioned problems with my room. It took hours for someone to come and fix the damaged shower. I had anticipated much better service for the money I spent. I will not be coming back.

0/10. Do not recommend. The power went off for 2 wholes days of our stay. No lights, no water and on the 11th floor. No generator (unlike the hotel right next door). With a 2 year old too, I had to boil water elsewhere and bring it up in buckets to wash her.
They refused to refund a cent. Even for the 50, 000 AMD of food that spoiled in their fridge.
All of this despite spending 2, 000, 000 AMD at their hotel.
Avoid.

Room was very small and only average. So many good reviews, but we discovered a hotel that was an unorganized, mismanaged mess. We experienced a string of misrepresentations and blunders so bad that they were ruining our trip to Yerevan. After two days, we couldn't stand it anymore and moved to another hotel. We even paid their required penalty to break our one-week prepaid reservation … that's how badly we wanted to get out. There is no way that I can recommend this horrid hotel.
