Indeed highly recommendable and a perfect place to stay when you go to Armenia. My 6 days stay with Kantar was really unforgettable and a remarkable one. Front desk staffs speak English very well and always serve with a smile. Even the kitchen staffs cook a very good breakfast and never fail to greet "good morning" with their sweetest smile. Also, the guards and room attendants were all so kind and sweet. The smile on their faces will make you feel you are welcome and at ho…me. How I wish I could go back there again and visit their beautiful country.

I can totally recommend Kantar as a place to stay. :) The standard of hostel — common rooms was very good, the staff was totally friendly and helpful, everyone spoke English and Russian. The extra points go to the amazing Ladies in the Kitchen. They made every morning wonderful! Please, hug them from us! :) )

I’m in the middle of a five night stay here and I have to say that this a fantastic hostel. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, but the real stars of Kantar are the two ladies who run the kitchen in the morning. They make an AMAZING breakfast and are so, so nice. They taught me a little Armenian on my first morning here too. The Wi-Fi is crazy fast and the common room is spacious.

The best hotel in Yerevan, in the heart of the center, very attentive staff with good command of the English.

Location: downtown within walking distance from the national museum and Republic Square. Staff: good command of English and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast: the coziest place in Yerevan which gives you the experience of a typical homey breakfast which delicious jams and cheeses. Price: decent and affordable. Overall: I will definitely go back. It was an amazing experience.

Very helpful desk, spacious and clean rooms. Well situated close Republican square. Maybe the shower could be renewed soon.

Good place to stay in Yerevan. Breakfast is really good, staff is helpful and English speaking.

Wonderful place loved the staff, friendly, always help prompt, cozy and spacious rooms, quiet, the rooms are non-smoking, only on the balcony, all have, breakfast is included, during the day you can not limited coffee tea. Internet, cable TV for all tastes, from the window you can see the center, not the walls of the neighboring building, the location is convenient couple of steps to the center. It is not so expensive compared to other hotels in the center who want cheaper on the floor below there is a hostel too good. Overall loved.

Beautiful clean and good location.

A cozy place in the center of Yerevan. For reasonable money you can get an apartment for the company. The staff friendly, the service is unobtrusive.

Free breakfast. Close to tourists spots. Neat and tidy. Helpful staff.

For those who are in budget concious travel, this place is recommended for.

The hotel is nice, clean and refurbished with affordable price. Moreover the security at the door makes sure you don't have night guests at night.

Great service, sensitive and touching attention to the guests and homely atmosphere, the perfect gift for a birthday, which we were not warned in advance, clean spacious rooms, excellent mattresses, three steps to all Central attractions. It's not 5 stars is 6 stars!

Clean. Furniture looks new. Bathroom and shower are also clean and look new. Individual lockers have assigned keys and inside there's a drawer and a hook to hang stuff. Each bed has its own power outlet and lamp. You get a towel also. Staff at the front desk fully fluent in English and kind. Breakfast buffet included cold cereal, oats, juice, eggs, different types of cheese and bread, cold meat platters, yogurt, toast, pastry, fruits, etc. A flat screen with music videos in low volume was on at the dining room. Commons room and a screen and a desktop available for everyone. They accept credit cards (a major reason why I chose to stay there). Cons: men's shower hose falls down easily. Internet was down a couple times. Cigarette smoke was really strong despite being forbidden. Some guests smoke in the bathroom, and even though it is allowed in the room terrace, the smoke still gets in the bedroom. I had to leave because of the cigarette smoke; otherwise, I would have stayed for the rest of the week.

Relative green Brigade slightly expensive, breakfast and environment are good, even if live several days sheets also will often change ~

Great place to be in when visiting Yerevan. The staff are super nice and the rooms are really clean. They have two parts in the place, hotel and hostel. I stayed in the hostel and it was great.
