Good localization. The service was nice and not overbearing. The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. Overall great.

The property is very convenient for two couples, because there are two separated rooms each with own bathroom belonging — that is excellent!

Great location. 5 minutes walking distance from the slope. 5 minutes from the bus stop. Clean, cozy, well equipped. The owner Silvia was just great and very helpfully.

Took the studio apartment. Great spacious room. Very well heated. Great view of the mountains.
Good spread of polish cuisine for breakfast. Early check-in was also accepted.

A fabulous, friendly, attentive hotel with very comfortable, large rooms and bathrooms. Great staff and amazing food (buffet breakfast and Dinner). A perfect place to spend the Christmas holidays.

Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated. Staff are very professional and very friendly. We had a double room, very spacious, hugely comfortable bed.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety.

Hyatt Place Krakow delivers an excellent overall stay that combines comfort, efficiency, and modern design.

Check in was relatively quick however the agent had zero personality, almost robotic. Wasn’t able to program my room key for an additional night on a separate reservation.

The hotel staff and amenities were absolutely great for the 3☆☆☆ rating. I was given chocs and wine on arrival for my birthday, a lovely gesture.
The room was a bit on the small side but very clean.

Five days at hotel galicya and didn't really have any issues. Close to trams which is good. Food was very tasty if somewhat limited choice. Rooms look a little dated but are clean and tidy.

Very nice owners. Rooms clean and well-kept. Very good price for a stay with breakfast included. Close to the center. Considering the heat during our stay, there was a lack of air conditioning.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve done some travelling! We had a fabulous suite on the top floor overlooking the square. It was position A! The staff were fantastic.

Our stay here was absolutely charming. The hotel location couldn’t be more perfect, the rooms are beautiful, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Krakow! The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably equipped, including a fully fitted kitchen that made my stay even more comfortable and convenient.

Just come back from these amazing apartments, spotless, modern, amazing view of the square from our window. There is always someone on reception, the young lady was very friendly and helpful.
