Room was clean and nice had a lot of stairs to the top but can’t fault it really.

Very comfortable apartment, clean, modern decor, quiet and interesting location in the Jewish quarter.
The kitchenette was only lacking a toaster and a tea towel!

We stayed here between Christmas and new year.
The Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean.

Lovely hotel on the edge of the Jewish Quarter. Very comfy beds in the room with modernised bathrooms. Breakfast was great, mix of continental and small (but adequate) hot food.

If I could give more stars than 5 I would in a heartbeat.

Unicus Hotel is in a very central location so it’s easy to explore beautiful Krakow. The standard of service throughout all areas of the hotel was exemplary.

Very good hotel, with comfortable rooms. The old town is only 15-20 away. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Good atmosphere in the bar.

I chose this hotel for a solo ski trip in March and had a great stay. I was able to park the hire car outside and was close to the shop on the main road.

We were a group of 3 in 2 rooms. I had a spacious single room with a double bed and small bathroom. Nice powerful shower.

My stay at Dwór Sieraków was truly pleasant. The property exudes authenticity, with a charming atmosphere that instantly transports you to another time.

Great stay directly at lake (no direct access but awesome view, perfect sunset). Very nice and comfy rooms with great comfort and if you're lucky with a seaside view from the balcony.

Nice and cheap. We had a great view on the lake from the balcony. The staff was very friendly. Room is clean. Free parking.

Amazing stay during Xmas season. Delicious and hearty breakfasts, friendly staff, nice spa, amazing children facilities and also animations in the evening for them.

Nice and clean rooms. Very tasty breakfasts and dinners. An atmospheric swimming pool and jacuzzi available to guests.

Very good location, close to the trails. The fold-out sofa is a bit uncomfortable — that's why 4 stars. Breakfasts are very rich — even too much for our family… — varied and tasty. Nice sauna :)

My parents and I highly recommend Willa Art, the rooms are large, clean and well-kept, the location is perfect. Very good contact with the staff, on-site barbecue and playground for children 😇

Wanted to find this hotel because of its good Booking. Com ratings. It was a healthy 20-25 min. From the bus and quite far up the tourist street.

It is located right in the city center, there is parking (not free), clean and quiet rooms, and a helpful receptionist. The rooms are spacious and well heated in winter.
I missed a coffee maker.

Excellent breakfast. Rooms are simple, but the shower has strong pressure which is the most important thing after a day of hiking.

Modern villa, stylishly equipped with beautiful rooms. The lady owner is pleasant, the breakfast is excellent, especially the fresh fritters were luxurious. Homemade jams, fresh pastries.

A very enjoyable stay, delicious and varied breakfasts, clean rooms with a beautiful view of the mountains. The owners are very nice. Kitchen available. I recommend.

We appreciated being able to store our luggage both before check-in and even after check-out, which was very convenient.

I have to say this hotel has one of the best breakfasts I have ever had so far. Everyone from the reception to the restaurant staff were very nice and helpfull.

A weekend break for three of us. Booked on line to be near the old town and it didn't disappoint. In fact it was excellent. Excellent rooms, very good food, good service. Altogether first class.

Situated opposite a park area, close to shopping centre and within an easy 15 (max) minute walk to the main square. An old building which must have been magnificent in its hey day.

I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel, on arrival you collect your keys from the hotel next door. The lovely staff at reception were so friendly and allowed us access to our room early.

Hotel itself is really good, nicely clean, close to downtown. Only thing I don't like much is railway under the windows of my room. Everything else been high quality level.

This residence hosts several AirBnB style apartments. In my experience, the communication with the company running the residence was prompt and the staff was very professional and helpful.

Great 3star hotel. Very kind and approachable staff 24/7. They even let us leave our luggage in a safe space after our check out for 3 hours until we left the country.
