I really like this hotel. It's located right accross the Central Station, and the hotel ambience is so awesome, like we're living in our own castle. There is a small garden that's very clean and tidy.

Perfect base to visit Krakow and surrounding areas. Accommodation very comfortable, a little dated but to be honest it really added to the atmosphere of the trip. Central location perfect.

Just back from an amazing few days staying at this hotel 2 adults 2 young teenagers, we had a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect!

The staff were lovely, accommodation clean and comfortable. What I didn’t realise is that there were no lifts and it was a hike up 6 flights of stairs.

A beautiful hotel. We were kindly offered a glass of sparkling wine on arrival and our bags were quickly whisked away to the room.
The room was generously sized and the bed was extremely comfortable.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat — just off the main square. You can walk in all 4 directions and find tons of dining options.

Stayed here in May 3 nights. The hotel is in a great central location within walking distance to market square. Rooms are spotless and very spacious.

The residence should be only 3 stars. Notings justify the 4th star.
The room is good but the WC is to small.
The breakfast is poor of variaty and light.

We were there for 3 night. Room was great, clean with good mattresses and big bathroom.
Breakfast has enough selections of food and drinks to get you going.

Clean and warm hotel. Excellent location, approximately 5 minutes walk to old town square. Hot showers and beds were comfortable enough. Excellent breakfast, scrambled eggs were unreal.

A really wonderful place to stay in Krakow! The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful city and the apartment itself is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

We stayed at Portal Apartments for five nights in a Superior Room (Room 10), and overall had a very pleasant experience.

The hotel is in a great location. Between the Jewish Region and The Old Town. Our room had a wonderful view. The stsff was wonderful and breakfast was delicious.

This is a standard hotel but nice for what you pay. Theres nothing spectacular or outstanding. Its clean, got nice size rooms, has everything you need and the staff are very friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights in January 2025 and couldn’t fault it. The location is brilliant — perfect for getting around and exploring the city.

We liked our room, it was big enough and clean. The accommodation was in a good location near a shopping center with good public transport access.

I saw some bad reviews on this hotel but none were justified for the stay I experienced.

I did a big research when I was looking for hotels to stay at, this is something I do a lot before deciding to travel.

A very good place to stay in Kraków. It is about a 15 minute walk to the old town and is in a good neighborhood. If you want to be close to the action, but not too close, this is a good option.

I recommend this hotel in Lublin.

Stayed here last weekend with my husband for our first wedding anniversary. Warm friendly welcome the rooms are stunning with a good space, very clean. Staff are amazing and friendly.

I loved that place! We had a very enjoyable stay in a very clean apartment. Parking is free outside, but inside it costs 20 PLN/night.

Nice location, when passing by Krakow, a lot of parking places. Clean rooms in perfect conditions. The prices more then reasonable comparing a lot of other places at the same city.

Serviced apartments, so not ideal for everyone. Everything you need for self catering or breakfast can be ordered and will be brought to your door around 7.30.

Hotel was old and a little outdated but still good for the money. Room was big & spacious, air-conditioner & heater available, good pressure on the shower, comfortable bed.

Have stayed there before and love the sunset views over the mountains. Breakfast was quite nice too!

I would say this hotel is one of the best value for money around the area, great staff, great breakfast, great location, and the room is clean. Ideal for road trip layover.

Need normal waters free in the room. Only one gas water they serve. İt could be more classy if they give both. And need boiler in the rooms for hot water.

In october, I spent few days in this hotel. This hotel is not too far from the krakow old town, however it has budget friendly prices.

Great place. Delicious food, clean and fragrant rooms, kitchenette on every floor. The hosts are always polite and smiling, in short, a family atmosphere. We recommend it wholeheartedly😘
