I stayed in the penthouse suite at the crystal suite chez Helena in krakow near the Jewish quarters for my stag do, upon arrival we was welcomed with a smile, the location is near restaurants, shops

Very cozy, silent and comfortable room, we were 5 and space were large enough. Very clean, walking distance from downtown in a pleasant area with excellent restaurants of local food.

Old but cozy rooms, good breakfast and helpful staff. Ideaal to explore the city from.

My and my two friends arrived on the 6th of November for 4 nights. Rooms very nice and clean in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. The lady that ran breakfast was very attentive and sweet.

I stayed at this hotel for a week long business trip. Excellent service from the team. The hotel bar is well stocked and bar food is decent and reasonably priced.

A 20 minute trip from the airport. Located conveniently near the town centre.
The rooms are spacious, clean and complimentary teas, coffee and drinks.

We stayed at the Home hotel for 3 nights the end of November for a weekend break to visit the Christmas market and sight seeing, the hotel was spotless our room was basic but had everything we needed.

Super comfort hotel. It's like a home as it is a beautiful old house. 10 minutes walking to the old town (nice path with trees)

Excellent hôtel in the city center … Amazing staff and very friendly… the breakfast was very nice. The room I had has a balcony viewing the city of Krakow.

The hotel room was neat and clean and the hotel had a great location. The best about my stay was the staff, who was always helpful and even treated me with an extra strong coffee in the morning!

Was over in Poland on a weekend get away, where we going to be out of the hotel most of the day — Only really needing it for sleep and occasional dropping things off.

Great location near the main railway station. Small room just right for a traveler to sleep the night. Everything is very clean.

This hotel is located 25 mins from the airport and is within walking distance of all the city tourist attractions.

I can highly recommend this hotel! The staff was brilliant! Receptionists, housekeeping, breakfast lady, skybar, and restaurant staff!

The room was spacious, the place included breakfast, provided parking and had an elevator available. Rooms are nice, bathrooms as well.

The rooms are quite good, we stayed in an apartment and it was rather spacious and convenient. I'd say that pillows, blankets and linen actually need changing as they are quite worn out.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel has a large, beautiful area with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Lovely place but beds and bedding were not very comfortable. Double bed was made of two very small single beds put together. Struggled with the duvet too. Just too small.

Gorgeous place to stay very close to big mountains. Good starting point for trips and trails. Residence is beautiful, very good architectional work. Quiet place with small garden.

The apartment house was very modern and well equipped. There is air conditioning, which is very useful on a very hot summer day on the roof. The view of the mountains during breakfast was beautiful.

Very special modern folk design, comfortable place, uniqu bathroom, delicious breakfast, private sauna to relax, ideal location outside the Zakopane centrum but reachable in 20 minutes walking,

The rooms were very nice for a family of 4, the only problem was probably that there weren’t any kids rooms so they had to sleep on the couch, but still was good.

Very good location, (many restaurants, not far from old town and Wawel Castle). Clean rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff, especially when it goes about later departure :-) Very good breakfast.

We had fantastic time at the Bridge Suites Hotel. First of all we were nicely surprised that the night robes were available in the room (which doesn’t always happen in 4 stars hotels).

The atmosphere was wonderful and the beds were super comfv. It was snowina durina our visit. Which made for a beautiful view and a cozy experience watching the flakes fall from the lobby bar.

The hotel is nice and big, modern decor. The room we stayed in was spacious, beds are comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet selection and à la carte dinner.

Almost brand new (3 years old) beautiful and perfectly located hotel.
Views were spectacular. To get a glass wall with a mountain view always ask for x01 room where x is a floor number.

I highly recommend this hotel due to its facilities, location, quietness, cleanliness at every step, and the professional pool and sauna area (a wonderful option with complimentary hotel towels).
