Love the pizza here. They really do a great job with dough and their bread is amazing! Best place in town for food.

Everything was super awesome. The owner is pleasant and accommodating. We even got a bigger room than the one we paid for, just as a nice surprise, with no additional charge.

Almost everything was great. The minus for the room service who doesn’t clean very good and didn’t change the cups for a new/clean ones. The floor on the pool was a bit slippery.

Probably best place to stay in Piwniczna. Good food, clean rooms, nice spa area.

Nice quiet hotel, oldy worldy but clean and good size rooms with good facilities, and a good choice in the mini bar.

Lovely hotel. The beds are very comfortable, great shower, quiet area in the heart of the jewish quarter. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to stay in Krakow.
Best location for a trip — not only are you right beside Wawel castle (short walk to the square) but you are also around the corner from Wawel tram stop.

Location was perfect. Right next to the castle and not even 10 minutes to centre of the square.

Was alright for the price. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Only drawback was the beds are super low down for some reason, but still sleep-able.

Stayed 4 nights in Feb 2026. Hotel was very conveniently located for the main train station and the old town, all easily walkable. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating.

Family stay above us make huge noises. So better stay first floor if you look for quiet places.

Bachleda Resort is such a beautiful hotel. Our room was really luxurious, beautiful wide sliding balcony doors with a great view onto the mountains where we witnessed a fabulous sunset on our arrival.

This hotel is for me an absolute place of peace and a true oasis. I am here for the third time and I truly love it. I am from the Czech Republic and I absolutely adore Poland.
