3-Star Hotels in Puno near Deustua Arc3*

The hotel is a good choice for a stay in Puno. The location is excellent, close to the city center, and the breakfast was very good.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay! The people working here are very nice and attentive, we really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the tourist zone, but nice and quiet too.

Feli on the reception was one of the most helpful staff members we’ve encountered on our trip. She helped us beyond required and ensured we had a lovely stay. It’s fair to say she’s a super woman.

Had 2 nice nights in this hotel! Very good location and a clean and comfy room right in the center of Puno which was ideal for exploring the city for 2 days. Bertha is a great host!

Great place, nice clean halls rooms and lobby with purified water refills, and pretty rooms with some views. A bit loud on the street side, but fun to see the activity, if you have ear plugs to sleep.

I stayed in Puno for one night on January 21st, and my group was truly touched by the experience.

Best location in Puno. Large, spacious rooms with comfy beds. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Breakfast buffet was vast and delicious.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Lake Titicaca. I was initially hesitant to book because of some mixed reviews I had read, but I am so glad we did!

I spent 2 nights at this hotel and it was an excellent experience. The entire staff was very professional and extremely helpful.

The room is comfortable, nice big bathroom. The breakfast is a buffet, including eggs, sausages and much more. Very good quality and no restriction on the amount, which is a big plus.

3 star hotel which looked really great in the town environment. It was a great place to stay, probably one of the best spots in town. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel in the center of Puno. Close to everything, the main square, shops and restaurants. Comfortable room and bathroom with a real bathtub. Tasty breakfast on the upper terrace.

Lovely staff, great rooms at a fair price, and great location 😊. Highly recommend it. They even proposed to package our lunch for an early departure 👍

The Room was spacious. The Wi-Fi was not very good.
The breakfast in the morning was good.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They kept my luggage all day while waiting for my evening bus.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel!

We stayed two nights in September 2025. Nice hotel, decent breakfast — but what really elevated our experience was the warm and friendly service at the Reception.

Nice hotel, stayed here twice, one night each. Some people have complained about cold rooms in the past — that has not been our experience at all.

Absolutely the best! The owner is incredibly friendly and goes up and beyond to make your stay the best.

The guy at the reception is the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever met. The rooms have comfortable beds, hot showers, heating and are very quiet.

Well located.
Everything is simple (Rooms, breakfast, services), but is good enough by the value.
The staff is so kind, even prepared a breakfast for us because we checkout before the breakfast time.

Very nice hotel situated right at the start of the pedestrian way (Lima Street) where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and points of interest.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. Towels, shampoo, and soap are provided. However, neither the rooms nor the rest of the hotel are heated.

Lovely little hotel super close to the main square. Very decent buffet breakfast compared to other hostels we have stayed at in Peru. Great view from the breakfast room on the top floor.

Without a doubt a good rest after having walked a lot in Cuzco, the bed was very large and had a heater in the room, very useful since it is cold in Puno during the nights.

Intimate hostel, with great value. Wonderful showers 10/10

Nice hostel — more of a hotel. However, the owners are friendly and the breakfast is nice!
Location is perfect, many restaurants around, plaza vea just down the road for groceries.

Spent a few days here! Loved the place Nancy the overall hand in the place nothing is a small job too here she is so lovely! Highly recommend staying here.

This is the best place with parking to stay. Let me say that again. BEST PLACE WITH PARKING.
Can't forget to mention NANCY the nicest host ever. She is sweet and very cooperative.
Felt like home.

Very well located by the main plaza.
Internet was awful, so dont count on it unless you want to sit in the lobby.
Rooms were large and beds were comfy and warm.
Bathroom — needed new showerhead.

Our room was very cosy and we were warm through the night although the heat pump was a little bit noisy. We only had it on before going to bed which was enough.

Very friendly staff and helpful in all the areas. Comfortable rooms and very clean ones. Close by the main square and the commercial area.

Good hotel in great location, room and bathroom was spacious and clean and the breakfasf was nice. The staff are so kind and helpful we had a really good experience at this hotel and would return.

The location is perfect — on a walking distance to the historical centre, but still on a quiet location. The room was ok, bed were comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean & nice, hot water all the time. They were so friendly and welcomed us at 5 in the morning after the night bus (we asked them before). Helped us with Taxis and advices.

Good views from the higher floors lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Money exchange around the corner. Good location. Elevator was slow.

Nice rooms. Very good shower with hot water and pressure. Breakfast is okay. The restaurant could be cleaner but it's okay.

This hotel is a lovely and ideal location in the heart of Puno! The staff is incredibly gracious and helpful!

Located in the center of town next to a church. Two blocks. You have a number of restaurants to explore. From the hotel you may have a view of lake Titicaca. Shopping is in the area.
