Locations is easy to get around to see the sites. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food was awesome especially the breakfast. Best breakfast I had while in Peru.

My wife and I arrived feeling a little stressed. The baggage handler and the front desk staff put us at ease immediately.

Stayed for 2 nights and we were happy with the stay.
It is a little out of the main area but an easy walk to the square and restaurants.
Hosts were nice and the breakfast was good.

Beautiful and cosy hotel. The rooms are quite large and have a relaxing bohemian feeling. The courtyard feels like an oasis in the busy city of Puno.

Excellent place to stay! The people working here are very nice and attentive, we really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the tourist zone, but nice and quiet too.

Feli on the reception was one of the most helpful staff members we’ve encountered on our trip. She helped us beyond required and ensured we had a lovely stay. It’s fair to say she’s a super woman.

Great place, nice clean halls rooms and lobby with purified water refills, and pretty rooms with some views. A bit loud on the street side, but fun to see the activity, if you have ear plugs to sleep.

I stayed in Puno for one night on January 21st, and my group was truly touched by the experience.

The room is comfortable, nice big bathroom. The breakfast is a buffet, including eggs, sausages and much more. Very good quality and no restriction on the amount, which is a big plus.

Excellent. A tour agency booked for us one night there. By far the best hotel we got in out Peru trip. The staff is very friendly and professional.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They kept my luggage all day while waiting for my evening bus.

There are fancier hotels (very much more expensive) in this town. And this is a tourist town, so everything is just a bit more pricey.

Best location in Puno. Large, spacious rooms with comfy beds. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Breakfast buffet was vast and delicious.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Lake Titicaca. I was initially hesitant to book because of some mixed reviews I had read, but I am so glad we did!

Lovely staff, great rooms at a fair price, and great location 😊. Highly recommend it. They even proposed to package our lunch for an early departure 👍

The Room was spacious. The Wi-Fi was not very good.
The breakfast in the morning was good.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. Towels, shampoo, and soap are provided. However, neither the rooms nor the rest of the hotel are heated.

3 star hotel which looked really great in the town environment. It was a great place to stay, probably one of the best spots in town. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Very good hotel in the center of Puno. Close to everything, the main square, shops and restaurants. Comfortable room and bathroom with a real bathtub. Tasty breakfast on the upper terrace.

Nice hotel, stayed here twice, one night each. Some people have complained about cold rooms in the past — that has not been our experience at all.

Amazing value hotel, nice place to relax. Great Wi-Fi, hot water, friendly staff and the owner speaks English. My room was facing the sun so it doesn't get too cold.

Everything is simple (Rooms, breakfast, services), but is good enough by the value.

Very nice hotel situated right at the start of the pedestrian way (Lima Street) where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and points of interest.

Very well located hostel with very nice service. When we arrived on a Saturday, there was quite some noise so we asked for a quieter room which was not an issue at all for the staff.

Quiet hostel with basic room and amenities. A bit chilly at night but they have extra blankets in the hallway up for grabs. The breakfast is decent and simple.

Without a doubt a good rest after having walked a lot in Cuzco, the bed was very large and had a heater in the room, very useful since it is cold in Puno during the nights.

Great central location for Puno and going to Lake Titicaca. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Also brought a wonderful breakfast to our room. Rooms clean, tidy and cosy beds.

We loved our stay here. The staff is really friendly (and loved on our dogs! ) the location is perfect, the showers hot, the beds comfy and the Wi-Fi strong. Such a great value for this little gem!

Sweetest hostess we‘ve met on our journey, we arrived in puno with the night bus and booked a dorm (they gave us a privatroom).

What a great place! The rooms were good and there was plenty of hot water but it was the amazing staff that made this my favorite stay in south America.

Spent a few days here! Loved the place Nancy the overall hand in the place nothing is a small job too here she is so lovely! Highly recommend staying here.

This is the best place with parking to stay. Let me say that again. BEST PLACE WITH PARKING.
