The warmth, care of staff, their attention to detail, extensive support, service, filling breakfast, comfortable beds, and cleanliness are unforgettable. It is close to the plaza, many restaurants, laundry, cafes, market and sights. The owner helped me through a ticket issue, took me to the bus station, the Bolivian Consulate. The pride, care and hard work are evident throughout this well run family run hotel. Highly recommend!

The Mosoq Inn and staff, family run, is a very special place. They consistently go above and beyond. Their pride in their vision, hard work, warm service, support, family and sense of place and home is evident, palpable.
My 4 night stay was an important and unforgettable part of my travels in Perú. It was a place that felt like home right when I needed it.
Examples include a 6:15 am trip to the bus station, paid and arranged beforehand with a warm farewell; ride to the Bolivian consulate; support, time and patience with a stressful, prolonged previous to arrival bus ticket payment issue; excellent arranged tours to the islands; warm filling breakfast;comfy warm beautifully made beds and everywhere spotlessly kept.
It is cold in Puno in winter — jackets on outside and inside even when space heaters are working hard in cement buildings. Warm water for a shower takes patience and gratitude.
Most importantly, what kept me most warm and thankful were the Mosoq Inn staff and family, their own warm care, support, and high standards.

Very clean, great customer service, good breakfast. I actually got altitude sickness and they gave me oxygen and Tea of Muña at like 11pm when everyone was already asleep. Really appreciated their help and would come back here. Thank you so much to the gentleman at the front desk for helping me when I was very very sick! Recommend this place!

Great service. Nice breakfast with fruit, bread. Eggs scrambled or fried. Reliable hot water. Oxigen avaible when couple members of my delegation needed it. Six blocks from main square. They went above and beyond to meet needs of our delegation.

The staff is very kind, they allowed us to leave our baggage for the whole check out day and served breakfast right on time before our tour came to get us. The room is clean and big enough, hot water available. Location a few blocks from Puno main square.

This was a really great place to stay! The staff were exceptional — friendly, helpful and accommodating. They really made our visit to Puno a pleasure. Well located, it is a short 10 min walk to the main plaza and a 15-20 min stroll down to the water.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, beds warm with plenty of hot water. The included breakfast tasty and prompt. No matter our departure time they were up to help. The coffee by the way is excellent!
We were travelling as a family with a couple younger kids and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, lovely and helpful staff, quiet place, good central location.

Excellent attention, Mr Arturo was very kind. We could check in earlier. Really good breakfast and confortable rooms. Overall it was the best choice to stay in Puno whilst visiting the lake Titicaca and the surroundings in January.

Do not overlook this hotel. Its very clean, the beds are super comfy and the staff were so kind and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The hotel is also very good value for money snd very central. If your staying in puno for a few days or using it as a stopping point to Boliva or Uros islands on lake titicaca this is the perfect hotel.

Excellent service, the rooms are very comfortable, clean, the breakfast is delicious and the attention is top notch. If I return to Puno we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel with a very good welcome and a very good service. The staff is very attentive to its guests.

We had two nice nights in here. The location is central and it is easy to get to the central street with the restaurants and atms. We arrived and had an easy check in. The staff was friendly and helped us to get a tour to Islas Uros the next morning.
The rooms were really nice and spacey. No complains. The only negative thing about the hotel is there is no elevator, but that doesn’t matter so much.

The room was nice and the staff great but the hotel in the morning was freezing cold and there was no hot water. The fact that there was only three families staying at the hotel from what I could tell and I couldn’t get hot water is what makes this hotel 1 star. The three things that I care about is a decent bed, a temperature controlled room and a warm shower in the morning. I got one of those things. Just the good bed.
