This was a great place to stay. Very clean and excellent breakfast with a view. There is no lift and you can hear the busy street from the room, but is great value for money and in a convenient location.

Great location, a stones throw from the square. Rooms are very comfy, with plenty of blankets but there is also heating too. Shower was always hot. Wi-Fi was good. Everything was super clean. Great breakfast. Only two considerations: the building is 6 stories tall and no lift, so re consider if you can't walk up stairs. There was no reading light by the bed so if one of you wants to sleep and the other didn't that's a bit hard.

Great hotel, the beds are comfortable and it has heating which us helpful in winter! The plugs by my bed did not work, but the wall plugs by the door were fine :)

Awful night's sleep here, there are windows above the doors going to public areas where the lights are on constantly and the curtains are very thin. Very poorly designed.
In our group they then said 6 of us had stained our towels, none of us have ever experienced this before and have travelled a lot before, when questioned about it was very vague that there was a mark and said the towels were still at the laundry. Very unhappy with the experience here.

We found this hotel very good value for money. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm. Really nice hot shower. We were able to leave our bags in a locked room whilst we went on our overnight lake Titicaca tour and wait for our onward transfer in the hotel lobby. All around, a great hotel.

Good value for money / budget option. Great location near the main square and many restaurants. Rooms and beds are good. We stayed twice at the hotel, the first time the bathroom was not super clean. Shower with hot water, water pressure varies. Good breakfast on 6th floor with view over Puno and Titicaca. No elevator.

Booked a twin room last minute for a few days in Puno. I arrived early but the staff were kind enough to get me checked in to my room a bit earlier than the check in time. The rooms are comfortable and great value. The location is perfect. Nice spot for breakfast on the top floor. Good Wi-Fi. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. After checking out they were kind enough to store my bags for the day whilst I went on a tour. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent value.
