Probably one of the worst Ive stayed in. Our bedroom when we arrived had no towels, the window in the room Didnt close, and there was no hot water (this is in autumn where it is very cold outside) the rooms are pretty cold themselves as well. When we told them this, they gave us another room. The irony, there is a sign on the bathroom door saying “save our water, if you want your towels cleaned leave them on the floor, otherwise hang them” cool, thats great Im all for it, but then don’t tell me I have to run the water in the shower for 10 minutes for the hot water to come through.
Breakfast was terrible. It does start very early and finishes early, I came down about a half an hour before breakfast was finished, and there had been a lot of people in for breakfast. None of the tables had been cleaned, and the area to make tea/coffee was full of empty packets of tea, sugar and milk spilled on the table. Nothing left to have before breakfast ended. The staff themselves were wearing jackets themselves it was so cold in there. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great location and a friendly staff. Someone was always available at the front desk…and they helped us by making a call to our tour company (what’s app quit working), storing our luggage, and answering the questions I asked in broken Spanish. Breakfast is included and consisted of eggs, bread and jam, juice, coffee/tea. Our room was large…bedroom and living room. That was nice since we are traveling for six weeks and occasionally want to have a roomy space. I don’t think all the rooms were that size…you would have to ask for it. The bed was very comfortable and we had hot water in the bathroom! I really liked how clean our room was …. We have not always found that to be the case. We did find the room to be a bit cold…we put on a sweater or crawled under the blankets … problem solved. We stayed four nights and would stay again.
