We were robbed at this hotel on 11/04/2025, all of our valuables and cash (over $2000USD worth) were taken from inside our room whilst we were out. We think it was an employee of the hotel as our room was definitely locked when we left and there was no sign of forced entry. So the thief must have had access to a key. Unfortunately because there are no cameras pointing at our room the police have done nothing. The owners of the hotel helped us to contact the tourist police but aside from that they were not helpful at all. They did not try to communicate with us, they offered no apology, compensation or even a follow up message. Very disappointing.
Very well located hostel with very nice service. When we arrived on a Saturday, there was quite some noise so we asked for a quieter room which was not an issue at all for the staff.
The rooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is included and there is a juice between 2 juices, hot water, coffee, eggs and fruits.
I would definitely recommend!

Ideal for a 1 or 2 night stay if you're traveling from Lake Titicaca en route to Arequipa. A bit rough round the edges but definitely good value for money. Really well located to the centre of town, big room with a cosy bed, decent breakfast, hot water (not always the case! ), nice people on reception and good storage if you need to leave your bags.
