Had 2 nice nights in this hotel! Very good location and a clean and comfy room right in the center of Puno which was ideal for exploring the city for 2 days. Bertha is a great host! Seamless communication and very helpful on every request (laundry, taxis, breakfast) and questions/tips for the area (Thanks Bertha! )

Basic but very clean hotel in city center of Puno. Personel friendly and breakfast fresh. Great shower. Storage of bags in locked room no problem during the day. We stayed here for 1 night before catching the bus to La Paz, would recommend it.
