Such amazing staff working here! Our bus to Puno was delayed, and we did not arrive until 1am. It was cold, and as we had not booked anything in advance we were worried about finding a place to stay. Fortunately our taxi driver knew of this one, and they had an available room. The lady that greeted us was incredibly kind, even though we had woken her up she gave us tea and heated a cake for us because we were starving. The room was also very nice with thick woolen blankets which is good during the winter. We had hot water, so this was not an issue as others have mentioned. The hotel is in the city center, and just a short walk to the cathedral and placa de armas. They also help organize trips to the islands :) Definitely recommend!

The staff is incredibly helpful and kind! The location is great, in walking distance from anything and everything. We stayed at a couples room which was nice, warm, and economical.
There’s hot water during the day, although it seemed they turned it off during the night. You could however just ask them and they’d turn it back on:)
The incredibly nice lady here frequently asked us if we wanted (free) coffee, cake or tea. They also helped us organize tours to the islands that felt less scammy.
I strongly recommend staying here! Just ring the bell outside for a warm reception day or night!
