I Do not recommend this hotel. Not a good, safe neighborhood. No heat, hot water took forever (20 minutes) to finally run, toilet didn't flush. Just one towel in the bathroom and no shower curtain. Broken light stand. It was cold all night. It's an old hotel. The lady at the front desk was nice and so was the gentleman who showed me to my room. Good customer service but this hotel is not worth even $10 a night. The room is dark, cold and there is no air-conditioning. There are many quality hotels nearby. Please find à room somewhere else.

Such an amazing hotel to stay and enjoy Puno. The attention of Delia was exceptional as well as of the rest of stuff. The breakfast was complete and the rooms so confortable, you can sleep well, they provide you all the necessary comfort.
Definitely, I would return, totally recommended! 👍
