Absolutely great value for money. Nice and friendly staff. Nice and tidy room (just a bit cold), but clean showers with hot water. Nice kitchen on every floor. They allowed us to leave our backpacks with them until the evening.
Everything was great, thank you very much and we recommend it.
Don’t recommend at all. We were stood outside in the rain for ages before they answered the door. Then they couldn’t find our reservations and said we didn’t have one. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. They first tried to put us all in the same room and charge us double for it. Then they finally gave us our actual rooms. We went for dinner, got back and were told we had to move rooms because they had assigned us the wrong ones and given us a private bathroom by accident. When we said we had already used the room they tried to make us pay more. The room is bad. The bed is rock solid and the bathroom smelt of poo. People smoke in the corridors and the place stinks.
