Cheap Hotels in Puno near Central Market

Stayed for 2 nights and we were happy with the stay.
It is a little out of the main area but an easy walk to the square and restaurants.
Hosts were nice and the breakfast was good.

Beautiful and cosy hotel. The rooms are quite large and have a relaxing bohemian feeling. The courtyard feels like an oasis in the busy city of Puno.

I had a very pleasant stay at this 3-star hotel. The staff provided excellent service throughout my visit and were always kind, attentive, and willing to help whenever needed.

We loved our stay here. The staff, especially Feli, were all so friendly and helpful.

There are fancier hotels (very much more expensive) in this town. And this is a tourist town, so everything is just a bit more pricey.

Excellent place, people was so kind and the service was good + they speak english. Lovely place we were very happy even if we stayed only one night.

The staff were absolutely lovely. They kept my luggage all day while waiting for my evening bus.

Basic but very clean hotel in city center of Puno. Personel friendly and breakfast fresh. Great shower. Storage of bags in locked room no problem during the day.

Very nice and quiet hotel with decently prized private rooms. Had contact up-front and was offered an early check-in as my night bus arrived at 5am.

The best breakfast with 3 fresh papaya pineapple melon juice ready, between all these36 countries that I traveled was the most ecofriendly hotel.

Very well located hostel with very nice service. When we arrived on a Saturday, there was quite some noise so we asked for a quieter room which was not an issue at all for the staff.

So this place blew me away, a truly luxurious stay and how they offer these rooms at these prices is beneath me. Even a shared bathroom did not detract.

This is THE place to stay. We dealt with Antonio who is a wonderful man. Warm, helpful, and a sense of humor. The hotel is comfortable, clean, secure, and quiet.

Good views from the higher floors lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Money exchange around the corner. Good location. Elevator was slow.

The hotel does the job: good comfy beds, we slept amazing. The shower was hot and with a lot of pressure. The breakfast was good: coffee and tea, juice, bread, jam and eggs. Good price.

Very nice hotel situated right at the start of the pedestrian way (Lima Street) where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants and points of interest.

Great central location for Puno and going to Lake Titicaca. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Also brought a wonderful breakfast to our room. Rooms clean, tidy and cosy beds.

We had a lovely stay in Pukara house. We arrived at 5 am with our bus. After ringing the door we were let in directly.

The location is quite central, 5 minutes walk to the square. The hotel is good, the room is large, there is a large bathroom, there is hot water and the pressure is great.

Family owned and runned. Cutest little spot and a great base for exploring Puno.
It's down to earth but has everything that you need.

I love this little hotel. Stayed twice! Peru is my 104th country (business and tourism), so I’d like to think I have a good grasp on scale. This review takes into account this is a ~$22/night hotel.

Old style hotel. Very clean and friendly and helpful staff. Heater in room so cold not a problem. Conveniently located in the old town centre walking distance from bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel close to the center of Puno. We had a lovely room facing the courtyard. We had a hard time operating the shower, but manager came by and help with an attitude.

I had a great stay here. The owners were really helpful and nice. The room is clean with a great view of Lake Titicaca!

Nice hostel — more of a hotel. However, the owners are friendly and the breakfast is nice!
Location is perfect, many restaurants around, plaza vea just down the road for groceries.

They were lovely. Good and comfortable rooms and an amazing staff that wants to give you the best.
Also we went to a day tour with their travel agency, the aymara route was incredible, dont miss it!
