This hotel was great value, and very clean. The receptionist was very helpful in organising us a good uros islands tour, and a great taxi to copacabana (thank you to Flavio for being a great driver).
The down sides were our room had a large window that faced directly on to the internal staircase, and some guests were very noisy when coming and going at night. Also the breakfast was pretty basic.

My friend and I have been traveling South America for almost 3 months and this hotel was definitely the best we have stayed in so far.
Our room (201) was spacey, extremely clean and equipped with everything necessary (small desk, bedside tables, closet, etc. ) and even a modern smart TV. The Wi-Fi in was fast and consistent. The shower was warm and had good water pressure. Furthermore our beds and blankets where super comfortable and along with the thick curtains provided for an excellent rest. Additionally the woman at the reception was very kind and always available.
Truly a 10/10 hotel, especially considering the price and a great option for backpackers staying in Puno.

I stayed 1 night in this guesthouse and I was really impressed by the quality of this accommodation. I had the whole apartment which was super comfortable, very clean with great beds and perfectly clean white beddin. The bathroom was neat as a well with hot water shower available at all times. Small functional kitchenette with the ability to make hot drinks plus a fridge for your personal use. Super friendly host who went extra mile to assist me with the reservation of the airport transfer as well as with providing local tips for Puno. She spoke very good English which made the whole experience stress free for me. Highly recommended for the quality, value and the central location.
