Great customer service and management. Super super clean. Simply and beautiful decorating. Kitchen gears was so good. Close to main city square. Marina and Beatrice were at front desk, and Marina helped us kindly with addresses. We settled at suite 201. This place totally recommendable.

Cute rooms, very spacious and well equipped kitchen and a good amount of space.
Huge Samsung TV (just no channels available unless you pay — no, not even free ones).
And no heating! We both slept in one bed but used the bedding of two… we were glad to go out to warm up.
Likely just a June problem, but make sure you ask for a heater if you go. 😉

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I accidentally dropped my phone in a taxi, and she helps to communicate with the local police. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to get my phone back! The room was also spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely clean and comfortable rooms with a TV with Netflix & Prime Video. The ladies who worked there were incredibly welcoming and kind, remembering our names and letting us wait for our night bus long past checkout with blankets to keep us warm. Great value for money, would definitely recommend!

The rooms are fine. We stayed here for two nights and on the second day, they came into our room when we were not in it and moved all of our stuff around and made us abruptly move rooms. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Great price rooms in a fantastic location. Can't fault it at all, you could easily pay double or triple for the same room and it was pristine both times we stayed! They even let us store our luggage :)

We had a wonderful stay at the Inca Palace guesthouse. Our host was so incredibly kind and welcoming; we were so grateful that she managed to get our room ready early even though it wasn’t expected. The room was huge, very clean and had everything we needed. Shower and bathroom great with hot water. The bed was so comfortable and we wished we could have stayed longer. It is excellent value for money and very central. Highly recommend if you’re in Puno!

Gustó · I recently had the pleasure of staying at Inca Palace Experience in Puno, and it was an unforgettable experience. We booked a three-night stay and opted for the three-person apartment, even though we were just two people. The slight price difference was absolutely worth it for the extra space. The apartment featured a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room, separate from the sleeping area. The shower was excellent, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. What stood out the most was how quiet and tranquil the room was; we couldn’t hear any noise at all, which made for a very peaceful stay. One of the highlights of Inca Palace Experience is that it is not just a typical hotel chain. It is a family-run business by a wonderful mother and daughter duo who were incredibly nice, sweet, and helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine care and hospitality made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Inca Palace Experience to anyone visiting Puno. It offers a unique, personal touch that you won’t find in larger hotel chains. Also, is very cheap considering what you get and it is 3 minutes walking to Plaza del Armas.

Fantastic airBnB. The place is very clean. All of the appliances are new and well kept, the bedroom was spacious and cozy, and the bathroom is well maintained. The host is 10/10, incredibly accommodating. We had a very early arrival, and she was happy to let us come early and wait comfortably until our room was ready at 10:00. She also allowed us to stow our luggage as we had a late night departure from Puno. Very friendly and a wonderfully comfortable stay.
