Staff was so kind and helpful even though we did not speak much Spanish and they did not speak tons of English. Provided a room with an amazing view and very spacious. All for a good price. Close to the main area with lots of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean.
The rooms are big, with private bathrooms.
The stuf is very helpful, nice and warm. Can book trips at a better price in the area.
I will return with pleasure and recomendit strongly.
The same owner has locations in Cusco and Arequipa and is very knowlegeable and helpful.
We are looking forward to check those locations, too.

The room was big and the had a great view over the lake. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Furthermore the staff was very friendly and helpful. Yudyt took a lot of time to advise us on good spots to eat in the city and explained the best way to cross the border to Copacabana.
