Excellent customer service! The receptionist is very attentive and responsive to your needs. The in-hotel restaurant also has an extensive menu.

We spent a few hours on our way from baja back home. We had dinner reservation at quintonil and this was a convenient place to take a shower and get some rest before our night flight home.

We went here in 2021. During the peak Covid season. We had come from India and this was a completely strange country. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice.

In my opinion the nicest hostel in CDMX, when I arrived Lu from the reception was very helpful, she was able to explain everything very nicely in perfect English!

I enjoyed staying here. The location is great. There is a rooftop bar with a great view of zocalo square. My room was hot and it is noisy in that area. I woke up several times from the noise.

If you want to experience Mexico, this is the spot to stay and not some stupid American hotels. Place was clean, showers had good pressure and hot water and everyone was very kind.

Great location near the park, I also walked to and from condesa and felt totally safe. What really stands out is that the staff is SO nice.

It has great location, this is their value.

City Express are no-frills hotels with few services and amenities, but good modern design and all the basics.

We had an amazing experience staying at Towers in Mexico City. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took care of everything we needed.

Room (4/5) : The room is really nice (stayed on the Sydney floor). Very spacious, beautiful kitchen, wonderful views of the city. The bed was very firm (uncomfortable).

This is a hidden gem for budget travelers! $49 a night in the heart of Roma. Coffee in the morning and nice staff. I came to Mexico City without any hotel booked and stayed here for 20 nights.

We had a great little stay here! Very quiet and our room had everything we needed. It was a comfy stay in a very walkable neighborhood!

Great stay, in the center or Condesa, great location, nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Smaller rooms — will fit 2 people with one large suitcase. Overall, very pleasant atmosphere and experience.

U-co comunity is great, I got good friends from my days there.
Bathrooms are clean, some people are not clean but those are rare.

After a tough night at a place nearby we found a room here at the last minute. Spent six nights in this clean, quiet, and comfortable place. Outstanding location.

Alright, let me tell you about this spot I stayed at in Mexico City called Casa Bis. It’s one of those boutique hotels that feels like it’s trying to be your cool, artsy mate, and honestly?

I loved it made me feel welcomed and at home. The are is great and the manager pilar is so attentive. My dad and I were treated very well and I appreciate that.

We were pleasantly surprised by Casa Itzae. We needed to stay in Polanco for a single night, and booked very late so the places we had in mind were booked.

Location is great, within walking of so many things. Free breakfast every morning. Room we had was a suite so it was larger then normal but was excellent and modern.

This is a beautiful and charming hotel located in Roma Norte, often considered as one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. Making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
