We had an amazing experience staying at Towers in Mexico City. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took care of everything we needed.

Room (4/5) : The room is really nice (stayed on the Sydney floor). Very spacious, beautiful kitchen, wonderful views of the city. The bed was very firm (uncomfortable).

Beautiful suites with mini kitchens. Service friendly and professional. Many restaurants nearby and small convenience store downstairs. This is a good place to start your Mexico City explorations.

Excellent accommodation, I have known the apartments since 2018 and they are always very clean, tidy and with all the amenities offered, the location is very central, touristy and accessible.

Our experience at Casa Donceles was excellent, they treated us very well when we arrived and throughout our stay there.

Great stay, in the center or Condesa, great location, nice restaurants and cafes nearby. Smaller rooms — will fit 2 people with one large suitcase. Overall, very pleasant atmosphere and experience.

Very clean and excellent for the price. Shower works great, bathrooms and rooms are modern and clean throughout.
Not noisy in the rooms at all.

Overall, it is a good value in a great location.
The positives are the great location (really is a lovely area), the relatively comfortable room, and the friendly staff.

Alright, let me tell you about this spot I stayed at in Mexico City called Casa Bis. It’s one of those boutique hotels that feels like it’s trying to be your cool, artsy mate, and honestly?

I am giving five stars to this apartment. The distribution of the apartment is well done. There is a lot of restaurants and stores to do shopping.

We stayed at the apartment for the Formula1 event. The apartment has an excellent location and the area is safe to walk around the neighborhood.

The staff here are wonderful, very helpful. Always offering a pleasant greeting and a warm welcome smile. Thank you Joanna for all of your assistance.

It was great with the exception of finding other people’s clothes in the drawer.

Stayed here together with my girlfriend. The location is perfect, in a safe area with a lot of good restaurants. Close to the public transport.
The rooms are very clean and new.

Clean apartments, modern, serviced daily, super safe with a security guard always outside. One negative is water temp was hard to regulate in the shower. Overall great location in polanco.

The best hotel in Mexico City, the staff and manager are super polite and helpful and the rooms are great.

Great value for money. Rooms are small but clean, there’s a kitchen for communal use with fridge and front desk was always helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, peaceful place, with great ameneties and wonderful staff. We loved our stay and Yahel made us feel right at home. Daily cleaning was a real plus.

Casa Tenue was the highlight of my trip to Mexico City. Of course we enjoyed the city, but the hotel was absolutely above and beyond special.

I had low expectations with all thr negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. I booked on Expedia the night before arriving and they charged me exactly what the Expedia price was.

The hotel is comfortable, but especially the attention we received in the restaurant from Faviola, very friendly and with a very good attitude. Also the location is very good.
