Hotels in Mexico DF with a Pool

Please bear on mind, the hotel is nearby the city waste treatment plant, the smell is horrible.

The rooms were spotless. The staff was professional. The only bad experience was one day did not have ANY water in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Mexico City Reforma and would definitely recommend it.
The location is excellent, with bus stops and Metro stations within walking distance.

We had a wonderful dining experience, and Juan made it even better. He was friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment we were seated.

Nice hotel, convenient location. The breakfast is an excellent buffet. We opted for a food package that allows for breakfast and happy hour with full bar and finger food at 6PM, extra $100 per night.

I've stayed at a good number of Hyatt's over the years, and this is one of the best experiences I've had.

The Hotel is nice, The view Can be Better, The service On The lobby In The Afternoon Can be more servicial.

We have enjoyed our time in Mexico a family vacation our stay at Real inn was safe relax and quiet. Location was great since we had a family event.
The 24 hrs From Desk was excellent.

This establishment offers a pleasant environment, albeit at a premium price point. Its strategic location is particularly well-suited for brief visits and business engagements.

I had a pleasant stay at Galería Plaza Reforma. The staff were friendly and attentive, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room very clean throughout my stay.

The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Rooms were very clean with all basic amenities but small and slightly outdated.

Our family had a very good experience at Las Suites in Mexico City. The staff, especially Enrique, were warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs.

Staff is attentive and helpful. Location is quiet yet very walkable to many eateries. Hotel rooms are exactly as noted in their fotos — just outdated. But everything functioned.

Stayed for a week in August. The hotel was clean and service was wonderful.

Excellent hotel and staff. Food at restaurant is excellent. Room very clean and modern.

We went to Samos Sabores Míos at the Ritz-carlton hotel after visiting Chapultepec Castle, and the experience was excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ritz Carlton in Mexico City. The staff were amazing, and very helpful. The location is wonderful, and the beds were super comfortable.

Fiesta Americana Toreo is a great hotel. Rooms are very well appointed with plush beds. Bed mattress in our room was topped with a 100% goose feather mattress topper added for extra comfort.

The hotel is attached to a mall, which makes it really convenient to food (several options to choose from).
The staff is friendly and it’s nice they also speak English.

First class rooms and even better staff!
The manager, Israel, made sure we felt welcome and accommodated. Anyone coming to Polanco will realize for the price this residence has the best value.

Friends stayed at Dominion and recommended it to us. Beautiful, spacious apt. Very safe area. (next to Intercontinental and Hyatt Regency). Close to Museum of Anthropology.

They have a beautiful rooftop garden and outdoor courtyard. Good range of drinks and some snack food in the rooftop garden. I did not try the dining room. Staff were gracious and helpful.

Friendly staff, clean and modern hotel. I spend 4 nights during my recent travel and the hotel was quiet, clean and every staff member worked seamlessly to offer a great guest experience.

We stayed 6 nights and it was a great experience! Very friendly staffs, especially the waiter, Gustavo, in the restaurant Ala Parrilla, is very nice and provides excellent service.

At the end of April 24th, my stay at the Marquis Reforma Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Jose and Sadot.

A true 5 star hotel in one of the most private, secure & upscale areas of Mexico City.

It is like being home. A 19 century remodeled palace with many rooms remodeled. Food and snacks all day on table. Great personal attention and service. It’s like home!

For location, directly at the airport, room prices are OK. Breakfast is offered by a big buffet with many choices for local and international travelers. Just the price I paid, I felt too high.

I enjoyed to comfortable bed in the clean and spacious room at this lovely hotel with a perfect location at terminal 1. The bathroom, towels and toiletries were good quality.

Rooms are a little dated but still nice. I had the junior suit, pretty big, huge patio. I will say, put your do not disturb because they will come around 9 am checking on you.

American tourists: this place is safe!
It is very clean!
Room service 24 hrs (YASSSSSS)
The ladies cleaned the room and organized it very nicely.

The hotel is really nice, great pool, really clean and the rooms are great! I really enjoyed the hotel, the food and everything about my stay.

The hotel was adequate. Many restaurants nearby but the main tourist sites are not that close.

I recently stayed at the NH Collection hotel at Mexico City Airport while traveling with my cat, and I had an excellent experience.
Traveling internationally with a pet can be stressful.

Positive: It feels quite and you can sleep good.

Great hotel in an amazing location! Here are my highlights:
Pros:
* Fantastic location, you can easily walk to countless great restaurants, bars, and shops.
* Excellent service.

We really enjoyed our stay in one of the terrace suites at the Andaz! Service was great, the staff is friendly and the Location is also good (and Safe).

Stayed here for a few nights in Polanco and it was a fantastic choice—classic luxury with that iconic mid-century vibe!

I booked here because it was the location of a conference I was attending. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious and well kept and staff are topnotch.

We can not say enough GOOD things about Casa Herrmann.

We have stayed at a number of hotels in Mexico city including the Gran Hotel.

We loved our stay here. The location is close to shopping, parks, and surrounded by dozens of great restaurants. It’s a 10 minute walk to the metro, and Uber is always a minute or two away.

Had an amazing experience here: the room, the breakfast, the happy hours, and most of all — the people.

This review is specifically for the shop/cafe.

The tours start every hour, so make some time in the café area they have delicious cocktails and cold beeer.
They also have a souvenirs shop.

Location, amenities, restaurants, service is like no other.

I stayed from August 2-9, 2025, in a Junior Suite.

We had a 3-night stay at Vuestro as a family of 3, with a young teenager.

I've been to CDMX many times but this was my first time staying at Vuestro and very glad I chose it. It's a small boutique hotel that has anything and everything you need.
