All‑Inclusive Hotels in Mexico DF

My stay here was phenomenal, but I do think it’s important to choose this hotel for the right reasons.
I booked it because I rented a car and felt comfortable driving in Mexico City.

I actually visited on end of March and had some issues as I had booked through a travel app.

Nice hotel, convenient location. The breakfast is an excellent buffet. We opted for a food package that allows for breakfast and happy hour with full bar and finger food at 6PM, extra $100 per night.

I've stayed at a good number of Hyatt's over the years, and this is one of the best experiences I've had.

The hotel pleasantly surprised us. The area is excellent, full of great restaurants, and the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff treated us extremely well.

I had a pleasant stay at Galería Plaza Reforma. The staff were friendly and attentive, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room very clean throughout my stay.

Rooms are a little dated but still nice. I had the junior suit, pretty big, huge patio. I will say, put your do not disturb because they will come around 9 am checking on you.

American tourists: this place is safe!
It is very clean!
Room service 24 hrs (YASSSSSS)
The ladies cleaned the room and organized it very nicely.

Location, amenities, restaurants, service is like no other.

I stayed from August 2-9, 2025, in a Junior Suite.

Corporate but comfortable. Don't book lounge level. It is closed for Reno. But the comp breakfast is very good. Very, very comfortable bedding, excellent service, clean.

The JW Marriott Polanco delivers a high-quality experience from start to finish. The hotel has been renovated, and the updated rooms and common areas feel fresh and upscale.

Stayed here several times. My favorite feature is the massage from Eugenia! Excellent 1 hour massage for very reasonable price.

I have just stayed here for a night and it is a very convenient hotel which is located some close to the airport and just in front of a shopping mall, it is between two main street avenues and the

This was a great hotel for the price. The interior courtyard with its pool and tables is a pleasant respite from the noise and energy of the city. The staff are excellent.

My husband and I have stayed at the hotel Kristal Maria Barbara 4 times, we just came back from a 10 night stay at the hotel from March 28Th to April 7Th and enjoyed our stay as we have had in our

We came to Teotihuacan for a few days. We stayed in this wonderful hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Close to pyramids and balloon rides. Restaurant was very good. We had an awesome time. Thanks!

The hotel is really nice, great pool, really clean and the rooms are great! I really enjoyed the hotel, the food and everything about my stay.

The hotel was adequate. Many restaurants nearby but the main tourist sites are not that close.

Wow. This Holiday inn is getting an unusual five-star review a full 2 days before I check out. I was here for four nights on a long weekend getaway from San Francisco California.

Whenever I visit Mexico City I always book a room at this hotel because it is very centric and clean. The staff is amazing and I appreciate the availability of public and private transport.

Excellent service. Specially Edith at the front desk! Karen was also very helpful. The front desk manager Mayeli was also very attentive and had a great attitude towards our recommendations.

Whether if you go on vacation or a business trip, this is an amazing hotel to stay.

The best hotel in the historic center.

Very good location, many shops around, room is very clean and spacious, staffs are friendly, I am very happy staying here and I will definitely come back for next trip!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The bell hop assisted me with my luggage. The front desk staff quickly got me checked-in to my room.

This hotel has got to be the best one I’ve stayed at in a while. The amenities are amazing, with a heated inside pool, sauna and spa area.

We stayed one night with a group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids) and had a great experience. Friendly staff, easy check-in, clean rooms, and a good atmosphere.

The front desk staff were phenomenal with me. Being unfamiliar with the area, and also from another country they went far above and beyond to help me arrange complicated transport many times.

The hotel lepanto is characterized by its friendly people for its excellent service. Beautiful facilities and very clean.

Comfortable and pleasant stay for two nights. I used my upgrade awards for a master suite on the 15th floor. Nice room with comfy bed and sheets.

Excellent service, clean comfortable rooms.

I stayed here for one night due to a canceled flight, and I’m really glad I chose this hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The park in front that stretches along the avenue is also a very relaxing place to relax.

Great hotel in Roma area, very convenient location. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional, and check-in was very fast.

Nice hotel. Very good location: safe, easy to get to, many small restaurants in area. Rooms comfortable.
No internet available in rooms.

Our group stayed here for 5 nights and overall it was a really good stay. The location is the best part—it’s right in the heart of Polanco, so you can walk pretty much everywhere.

Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay.
We had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Mexico City!

I booked this room through capital one rewards. It was a great hotel. The front desk folks were great, the restaurant workers were great. I loved their outdoor pool.

This hotel is safe and clean. Front desk staff is always changing. I know as I have been staying here for years. It's pretty accessible to many of the historic places.

Great location if you like to be in the hustle bustle of the city. The historical centre is a 15 min walk away and The Hidalgo transport hub a stones throw away.

Great experience. Staff super friendly and the place was clean. Sergio, Jose Luis, Oscar were amazing they helped me with everything I needed. I would definitely come back.
