The staff here was very cordial and helpful for the most part. The hotel rooms are undergoing renovations to be updated to a much more modern decor, and I was happy to have stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. The breakfast was very rich and filling, and made the stay so much better. It's right next to the Paseo de Reforma and the Revolution Monument, and also by a Metro stop. Everything was wonderful — the only thing was that our drain wasn't working fully for the shower and sometimes the Wi-Fi wasnt the best. But other than that, everything was wonderful and I would definitely stay again on my next trip to CDMX.

Great experience for the price. Staff was pleasant & helpful, hotel was very clean, hot shower, cold a/c. Check-in & check-out was a breeze, less than 5 mins. Cool view of the tower. They offer Tourist Taxis but can be costly. Please "like" this review by clicking the 'thumbs up' below.

Very good hotel, it contains all the services and the staff is very friendly. They're remodeling it and I guess it'll be even better. Good experience.

Customer service was lacking, staff at reception was very rude & seem upset all the time, a/c was not working, we complain to several staff, they never fix it & didn't offer other room. Won't be staying with them ever again gave 2 stars because the housekeeping lady was nice… only one with good customer service.

Good night. In my opinion I went to the Casablanca hotel to a work and breakfast meeting, regarding the location is good the facilities and staff service very good The only bad thing was the audio as they suddenly did not hear well ylo that if it was fatal it was the food, first just you get a glass with played and if you want more no longer give you more one of each thing (coffee, water and played orange) and the strong dish too salty. And it was in general the opinion of there in out all right.

I would rate zero stars if I could. When I walked in the room, there were yellow and white stains on the bed and the walls. Turned out there was a squid in my bed, and I slept with it. I got scared and jumped out the window from the third story of the hotel. Broke my ankles and now I can't juke-out squids anymore. Other than that, the pool was nice.

The hotel is well cared for but not a luxury experience as it should be by its 5 star denomination. The rooms are small but have the necessary amenities, although the beds are somewhat uncomfortable. The staff is very friendly and the location is nice.

It is an expensive hotel where it is located. Pag rooms are normal, not worth paying so much. Pag pillows are hard, the air conditioned makes a lot of noise and the fridge bar was not serving. However the staff is very attentive:)

Nice Hotel and very well located. Centrally located and close to several public transport. Comfortable and well maintained rooms, clean and small. The service is good. The internet is pretty bad, it looks like they need more repeaters. The food is regular, not bad but for that cost one expects more. The days we were staying, the hotel was home to some filming, which triggered that the attention to the guest was in a tailspin… we had to wait for us to "allow" to leave to not interrupt and that we could attend on a regular basis… quite Wrong this point.

Excellent location, the best way to arrive is by the Metro Revolution, is centric, the prices are accessible, includes breakfast buffet, the bad the rooms are somewhat simple, you notice that the hotel is old, the food is not very good it eats better outside the hotel by Less money. In conclusion it is good for short stays especially if you are looking for something close to the center of Mexico City.

I visited it at a convention for the company and the attention on the part of the hotel is good. As for the convention hall it is great, they have snack service and the buffet service is excellent, the food is exquisite. The one defect was the bathrooms, although they are close to the lounge are dirty.

They claim to be a 5 star hotel but it doesn't pass 3 stars. Pesimo Internet service in the rooms. Limited food choices for breakfast. Little variety in the menu of the restaurant. They have locked the minibar and do not enable it even at the request of the guest.

Strategic hotel, good structure even if you notice the use intense and continuous. Good reception and attention to the customer. Very small rooms though functional. The bathrooms are affected by time and use. Decent restaurant. Varied and rich breakfast buffet. Ultimately, more substance than appearance. Great for those who just need to stay overnight.

Terrible service. Please book another hotel. I stayed in 2 other hotels in CDMX and had no problems with service. Reception could not even produce an invoice when I checked in. After 15 minutes of waiting for them to figure it out, I told them to give it to me at check out. At check out, they gave me the invoice under the wrong name. Then they said they had to charge me and additional fee if I wanted to change the name… Not only that, at checkout I was told they already charged my credit card without even asking me how I wanted to pay. I wanted to pay in cash. Hotel taxi driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. Took taxi to the airport and when we arrived, he took out the luggage by throwing it onto the curb. Before leaving we negotiated 200 pesos for the ride. I gave him 500 and he only gave me 200 in change. When I asked for the other 100 he only gave me 50. Then I asked for my FULL change and he had the nerve to rudely ask for a tip. No, I am not tipping a rude driver who just throws luggage to the curb and refuses to give me back my change.

No complaints except maybe they should update the rooms soon. The decor and furniture look outdated BUT, it's clean, everything functions and the staff is very attentive.

The attention is good, excellent location. The bad are its rooms are very small, so much so that you can listen to the talk of who will stay to the sides : (there are better options, it is an area with many hotels to choose from ;)

Clean, well located, efficient staff, decent restaurant, quiet. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.

If sales of travel to Guadalajara, Hotel Casa Blanca is the point of departure and arrival of buses First Plus, leave you live at Plaza del Sol (Gdl), a point much more convenient than the bus station. The cumshots are usually night and two per night, to arrive in the morning (between 6 and 7 am the following day. Highly recommended!

A hotel with good facilities, a dignified treatment and attention, very attentive staff, with newly refurbished rooms. With nice atmosphere.

A very comfortable and spacious hotel a few meters from the Mexican Revolution Monument in downtown Mexico City. It has a restaurant that has very good taste and flavor in the food. Prices are accessible and depends on the poo Tere season being unavailability.

Excellent hotel, and has a perfect location, spacious rooms, decorated in a very 90s style but preserved in perfect condition. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely go back.

It is ok. In my opinion very comfortable and clean. Just a problem: the room I touched was located at a point where you hear noises from the hallway, people coming in and out of the other rooms. I stayed one night and batallé a little sleep. In everything else, excellent!

I was here only for a conference. The hotel is big and a bit dated but I clean and located in a great are to do touristic things. The food of the restaurant is ok.

The hotel is located conveniently near to major central touristic places. But service is extremely ambiguous, for example they said that there was Wi-Fi included but then afterwards, after check in they argued that only for one phone during 15 minutes (they tried to charge for simple things like water or Wi-Fi). They did not respected the price of the reservation neither the exchange rate shown in the reservation desk. El servicio del personal es muy malo, añaden costos por Wi-Fi, no respetan acuerdo de precios previamente reservados. Por el precio considero que el servicio es muy pobre.

Habitación super. Cómoda. Cómida más o menos. Bien ubicado.

It has an excellent quality in all its services and facilities, location very good. And the decor wonderful. It just takes time to enjoy it in its entirety. Congratulations.

They should announce that the Wi-Fi is not free. You must pay extra to the bedroom.

The hotel is normal. Nothing special. Well yes, it is full of mosquitoes in the room. Worst of all, the low professionalism of its employees. Ask price of a taxi to the airport, they told me 250 pesos. 20 pesos more than the official rate, I can understand it being a hotel. I miss the person at the reception didn't claim me or accompany you to the taxi door. My surprise was that when I arrive at the airport the driver asked me for 300 pesos claiming that it is the official rate. After discussing for a while and not to lose the plane I got to pay for what I consider A steal IN EVERY RULE. What a shame that this hotel have that kind of business or that are so unprofessional with their customers. A shame and scourge of the hotel to the city of Mexico. The hotel is OK. Plenty of mosquitoes, but not bad at all, just for a night. The problem is the taxi on the front door. Don't take taxis at the front door of this sc am hotel. The man on The front desk told me 250 pesos to the airport. It is 20 more than the official. Ok. Its a hotel and always a little more expensive. After the riding to the airport the taxi driver asked me for 300 pesos! After discussing with him I have told me that is the official rate. What a scam! Never go back to this hotel. What a place.

My stay at the hotel Casa Blanca was one of the many pleasant things from my visit to Mexico the hotel is very welcoming and the staff very friendly, good to tell the truth was very impressed by the friendliness of all Mexicans, I hope to return soon.
