Nice hotel, convenient location. The breakfast is an excellent buffet. We opted for a food package that allows for breakfast and happy hour with full bar and finger food at 6PM, extra $100 per night.

I've stayed at a good number of Hyatt's over the years, and this is one of the best experiences I've had.

I had a pleasant stay at Galería Plaza Reforma. The staff were friendly and attentive, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room very clean throughout my stay.

The hotel is in a good location with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Rooms were very clean with all basic amenities but small and slightly outdated.

Stayed here several times. My favorite feature is the massage from Eugenia! Excellent 1 hour massage for very reasonable price.

The service at this hotel is extremely good — some of the best I've had during all of my travels. Location was great as well. Rooms are a little rundown and in need of a refresh.

Wow. This Holiday inn is getting an unusual five-star review a full 2 days before I check out. I was here for four nights on a long weekend getaway from San Francisco California.

Whenever I visit Mexico City I always book a room at this hotel because it is very centric and clean. The staff is amazing and I appreciate the availability of public and private transport.

The front desk staff were phenomenal with me. Being unfamiliar with the area, and also from another country they went far above and beyond to help me arrange complicated transport many times.

Little hard to get in in the evenings with one-way street but nice rooms, nice service, and very nice restaurant.

My stay here was phenomenal, but I do think it’s important to choose this hotel for the right reasons.
I booked it because I rented a car and felt comfortable driving in Mexico City.

I actually visited on end of March and had some issues as I had booked through a travel app.

Emporio is not a true five star hotel. It's old and elegant but many things were not up to a five-star standard. Most importantly the beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

Our stay was short and pleasant. Everything was just perfect from the day we arrived to our departure, the staffs were very attentive, yes the room was not big but it was sufficient.

This hotel was built in 1907 but has large rooms modern conviences, instant hot water AND wonderful service.
Be sure to take the tour of the hotel.

My parents are both from Mexico City and I have a plethora of homes I can arrive to when I visit the city but we refuse BECAUSE we absolutely LOVE Hotel Geneve! We’ve stayed here about 7-8 times!

I usually stay at this hotel when I am in Mexico City for business. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

The hotel lepanto is characterized by its friendly people for its excellent service. Beautiful facilities and very clean.

Rooms are a little dated but still nice. I had the junior suit, pretty big, huge patio. I will say, put your do not disturb because they will come around 9 am checking on you.

MC is a huge city with many choices of areas to stay. We enjoyed this area as it was relatively quiet with lots of restaraunts and cantinas nearby.

Great location if you like to be in the hustle bustle of the city. The historical centre is a 15 min walk away and The Hidalgo transport hub a stones throw away.

Our group stayed here for 5 nights and overall it was a really good stay. The location is the best part—it’s right in the heart of Polanco, so you can walk pretty much everywhere.
