I loved the place, the perfect location, the very friendly staff, I had problems with the Wi-Fi connection and they went up to the room to solve it, the cleaning manager kept it spotless in addition to being very friendly, the price super cheap, plus the reservation included continental breakfast that was delicious.

I'm here for business. Rooms are clean, big and very pretty. Receptionists are very kind and available for any information.

of Nexxt and I Cobraton 95 pesos of parking casual mind had left before the hotel Sevilla and charged me for an hour 20 pesos there I leave the comment.

The hotel is excellent for a business trip. Good quality free toilet amenities. They maintain a good level of internet with good signal strength and high speed. Soft beds and ample espavio. Restaurant something expensive.

I travel constantly and I had never touched an abuse so be careful I was scammed in this hotel leave the room at 11 am and I still charged the full night if any reason they stole a few things from my room the manager does not give face never appeared to check the CU I had no consumptions that were mine that were charging me if I do not review I also charge arrogant attitude of the staff are not interested in definitive customers a bitter expeeiencia.

It is a hotel proper for business trip is very comfortable and clean and is located in a very strategic area what is the avenue of the insurgents that crosses from north to south the city behind the backs is the World Trade Center and you will find everything at your fingertips.

Bad water pressure in showers (I stayed several times and noticed it in all the rooms).
There is no refrigerator in the rooms nor candy bar, in prolonged stays it feels much the lack.

This hotel is more complete than a Fiesta Inn or Camino Real. They care a lot about their guests and always try to meet the needs. The hotel finishes are top notch and their restaurant is delicious. The pool in sixth floor with heating is in optimal conditions. I really invite you to stay here. To be in an area where many activities converge as it is the World Trade Center you should anticipate your stay as it saturates easily however even when its occupation is high the attention is also. I have experience in a lot of hotels and Hotel Novit is very warm and comfortable so I recommend it extensively. Best regards.

Good hotel and very good service at a very good price.

Great place to organize courses, conferences events and everything that has to do with meetings, especially companies.
The boardrooms are new and have an excellent design that allows good acoustics and has all the facilities that are needed to make presentations.
The service provided by the hotel staff is first class and they are attentive and quick to give answers.
Outstanding note deserves the banquet service because they serve very well, with excellent seasoning and with the most friendly waiters. The place where they serve food is a very nice sunny patio.
I definitely recommend this place.

I got the last room in the hallway, in front of a housekeeping room, I couldn't sleep for all the noise they made all night long.
The Wi-Fi service is lousy, the network I got did not exist and the two open networks were disconnected every 2 min
By changing the type of Continental to Buffet breakfast I was asked to check in at reception immediately.
I did not feel comfortable, I could not rest, for me it was not a good experience and obviously not recommended.

A very good hotel at an even reasonable price, located on Insurgentes Av in a good area of the city.

The hotel was great and very clean, amazing customer service. What really made this experience over the top was our private tour guide from the hotel! Mario (Our tour guide) is a beautiful soul, he was very helpful and willful. He drove us to all of our destinations and some! Mario showed us all the authentic Mexican places too eat. At one point in our tour we stopped to buy a few things and the tried to over charge us just because we were tourists, he immediately came and said something to the vendor and got us the actual price for our items. He was very patient and gavs us a lot of time to roam and fully enjoy the sights. It was worth every dollar! Private car, clean, full AC, water, snacks you name it he was ready!

It's nice and affordable, doesn't have the best view but everyone is nice. Breakfast is good.

It is a very small hotel but the truth is a good stay very comfortable private very executive The restaurantr very rich very good chef.

It's rare that a hotel does everything right, especially during a 4-night stay. But Hotel Novit did just that. They score 100% + Room was quiet and comfortable with fantastic climate control. + TV had English-language channels. + Wifi met my needs. + Pool and hot tub were perfect. Temperatures were spot on. Pool area was spotless. + Gym is simple but functional. + Public spaces were immaculate, including public bathroom in the lobby area. + Reception and lobby staff could not have better. + Restaurant was excellent. + Location is perfect, especially for METRO access. + 7-11 store 30 feet away. + Plenty of electrical plugs in the room. + Housekeeping was flawless throughout the stay. Don't waste your money on a major chain hotel. Stay at Hotel Novit. You'll pay a good price, and you'll have a WONDERFUL trip. And be sure to bring a swim suite. The top-floor pool is great! Only constructive advice for the hotel: Don't offer airport transportation unless you use a hotel-operated shuttle. UBER from Hotel Novit to the international airport cost me $7.50 USD. A regular commercial taxi from the airport to the hotel cost me about $13.50. When I asked the hotel about them providing transportation they quoted me approximately 800 MEX pesos. That's approximately $43.00 USD.

I always stay at the Novit when in Mexico City. I like the hotel very much. But, I am very disappointed with their decision to not refund me for cancelling my trip to Mexico City because of the earthquake. When I called the hotel to inquire about a refund they informed they had too many cancellations because of the earthquake and made a decision to not refund anyone. I'm very disappointed with Novit and won't stay there again!

Great hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Swimming pool and fitness area on the top floor, a great restaurant and in walking distance from the WTC. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is large. When you want to do some shopping, a large Sears is 2 minutes away and even closer, across the street, there is a 7Eleven and good Sushi restaurant. And for those that need computer or phone accessories, next to the 7Eleven is a small computer store that provides all the necessary items that you might have forgotten but need for e. G. A presentation. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Hotel Novit in Mexico City — truly enjoyed our stay. Staff were all very nice and accommodating. Bar was a tad bit pricey, but convenient. Our room was very nice, it was very clean — as was the hotel in general. Highly recommend.

Hotel reception called them self "event" hotel, it means up to 12pm in the night party music without a solution for business guest to sleep! Service and offering of help is "zero point zero" stars… Unbeliviebel, after 8pm no responsible person is available, because at this time all went home! Only the poor awake guests are still here.

Is a bad hotel by that first I stayed a good time with my mom in a room happy then when I wanted one of their floor lamps well plugging into an outlet made short and left me without a list in my room I changed to suite but then I charged the next day as if I had paid for the most expensive suite and then when I wanted to check out came me up with a few extra expenses having always been absurd my account to the current always asking them to not leave me be it generated most of what should be in my account and surprise if nights magically missing me and left me without capital are dirty ones make you additional charges at roomservice if you trust your system the room service guys are always tokens their exceptions there are some nice guys that if earn his tip and minimalist design with vivid colors in monochrome are aesthetically beautiful visually is the only thing that I can rescue the little good they have.

We liked the stylish furniture but rip-off mentality and the bad management chased us away. Some examples: — No available seats for breakfast, expect 15 to 20 minutes waiting — The continental breaktfast included means 2 (cold) toast, 2 cookies and orange juice — If you take the toast of the continental breakfast from the buffet instead of waiting to be served because you don't know their policies, you will be charged extra 10 USD for using the buffet — We ordered one continental breakfast and one buffet breakfast which was no problem when doing the check-in. When checking out it became a problem, we were charged two buffet breakfast even though the daily bill we had to sign only contained one. Discussion senseless. Manager didn't show up even though requested. — Hammering and other renovation noise starts at 5 a. M. Never again. European prices but 1 star Mexican service.
