Awesome hotel… Great location on the Reforma. Easy access to the old city center. Lots to walk to and see. Big comfortable rooms with good views. Amazing gym.

Excellent hotel with the service and amenities to match. Took a star away since there are some small details in the rooms that could be easily fixed for an eye for detail. Will say pool area and terrace are amazing and the bar is an impressive space. Would recommend.

This is a marvelous hotel with all the amenities you could ask for. Several great restaurants and bars, an amazing staff and the perfect location. It's worth every penny to get a room here.

It is a very nice place, with large spaces and huge windows that give charming views to "La Alameda Central" and "Palacio de Bellas Artes". The services and staff are attentive and dedicated. The bar is a good meeting point. The routes of circulation connect with main avenues that help to a fast mobility to other points of the city. There are at least 4 stations of the collective transport system Metro very close and a subway station bus a few blocks. Ideal as an accommodation if you are visiting the CDMX.

Good location, friendly staff A good Hilton… The hotel's sauna is top (men's side… Women I do not know). Breakfast is very good. The pool is a swimming corridor so ideal for… Swim! The terrace is nice and there are tennis courses…!

Amazing customer service. They even let me do a super early check In (7:30 am) and a late check out at not cost. Staff is very friendly. Pool water is warm. Rooms are nice, loved spend time at the lobby's bar. Walk distance to zocalo and Reforma. Good city view frm rooms. Good price.

Very well located for business and sightseeing within the city. You won’t regret to stay here and walk around museums and main attractions.

I have had to use this place as a landmark to move around and to head to the places I previously had selected to visit and tour a nice and nice square ride along with my family in CDMX. Every time we are in this city we look to go to a different and great variety of attractive places.

The place for conferences is comfortable, with good lighting. All the time the staff were on the lookout for what the guests needed. Secure space for business meetings.

It is a good place to visit the heart of Mexico City. The place is nice and the facilities are very well maintained. Events can be carried out whose staff support makes them very high quality. Access is through one of the main avenues which can make it complicated. The proximity to tourist places such as the Hemicycle to Juárez, the Palace of Fine Arts and the historic center makes it ideal. Careful when walking outside the hotel as the area could improve in security. Within the hotel I must highlight the access to one of the best Mexican food restaurants. The staff is quite nice.

I really just stopped by to have a beer but the service is amazing. They treated Me very well, the place is clean, spacious, they all cater great and the best thing is that the view is wonderful. Widely recommended.

Beautiful hotel that withstood an earthquake very well. Room was huge with a great view. Bathroom was huge and it vented well during showering so we never had foggy mirrors. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. I did get extra pillows I asked for, but I never got extra hangers that I needed. Cleaning and room service were good.

The food and the staff 's attitude are fine. But the facilties of the room is not gd: 1. The bed and the pillows are too too soft. 2. The lighting is dark 3. The electric coffee pot which uses the powder streaming but no coffee powder is provided (The coffee beg is available). 4. The water supply in the washing basin is terrible weak. 5. The carpet is old. 6. The bed wooden frame is sharp and is easily to hurt the customers' feet.

Outstanding hotel in an excellent location. The staff were exceptional and made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to other International Business travelers and will stay here in the future. This was my first trip to Mexico City and I was able to walk around and see some of the local attractions. I felt safe throughout my stay in the hotel and outside of the property. All of the restaurants served delicious food and prices were reasonable. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is clean, well-appointed and maintained, and has very comfortable rooms. The location is spectacular — right across the street from a beautiful park and in walking distance of numerous shopping, eating, and sight-seeing destinations. The staff are very friendly, particularly the staff in the Executive Lounge.

I loved it. I wish I had more photos to share from the place. Honestly it was worth going. I only went for a weekend to an event but the deal was outstanding, the food delicious and the place accessible. The only negative thing would be that under pressure employees tend to give a regular service.

I went to breakfast at the restaurant El Cardenal, which is located on the ground floor of the hotel. We were a big group and got an excellent service, very fast at all. The food was very good! I recommend a lot of the Barcacoa, very clean and fat free.

A very nice hotel all comfort. He's in a good position. It is possible to walk to the side of Balderas and to the Ciudadella, also on foot to the Zona Rosa, the neighborhood Roma or condensation or in the other direction the Centre Historico.

Excellent place only the parking is very expensive and leaving the area can be somewhat conflicting. The attention of all the staff is very good and definitely one can enjoy an excellent experience in the many restaurants of the hotel. Stay here if you want to enjoy the downtown area of the CDMX with a luxury experience.

Great location. Nice big park in front of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants within a 2 min walk. Mall right next door. Nice staff clean big rooms.

It is a hotel that since you enter notes the service and the change… The waiters speak several languages and in a cordial way they are always attentive to your needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Centric, comfortable and hosts a great Mexican rest (El Cardenal) right here for guests to enjoy. We stayed here during the holidays and the hotel is really centric to many of the city's famous spots and restaurants. The staff was so kind and helpful; everyone we came across went out of their way to make our stay special. They have a Mexican restaurant in the lobby famous with locals and tourist alike (El Cardenal), and for Hilton Honors members they have free breakfast and happy hour which was a highlight during our stay as the view from the lounge on the 26 floor is great. Downside here is the spa, not super well equipped and was hard to get an appointment at the salon. Also the water pressure it's not US standards which is fine with us but might not be what other American guest expect out of a Hilton Hotel.

Great hotel. Large rooms, very clean. Staff is very good as well. It stays 15 minutes walk from Plaza de la Constituicion. There is a very large plaza in front on the hotel where you can rent bikes. Many restaurants close by and a small galleria right next to it. The avenue in front of the hotel gets really busy in the evening. Great option for vacation or business. I would definetely stay there again.

Breakfast at the Cardinal. Incredible experience; I keep recognizing that despite so many years continue to maintain its essence: the delicious Mexican dishes prepared and presented very well. Remember that if you do not want to wait, have Q make reservation or arrive before 830 AM.

Excellent service. I was there when it was the September quake and it was one of the buildings that were intact. Loved it.

I highly recommend the Spa here. Is extremely professional and with amazing therapist. They are very kind and have a very nice upbeat and cheerful attitude. The only thing that might be an inconvenience for some ladies is that the changing room and the actual massage tables are far from each other and you have to go through the gym and elevator to get to the spa area. I didn't mind but it might be uncomfortable for some specially if the gym is full.

Visit to the hotel by working board. It has large halls, very good sound, lights and air conditioning. The chairs were very nice. Spacious, clean and adequate bathrooms for an event of 1, 300 people.

Paid $150/night for a room on the 23rd floor, loud bass could easily be heard from a nearby disco 9 PM to 4 AM each of our three night stay (Friday-Sunday). The bass was loud enough earplugs could not drown out the noise, could be heard over TV noise. Did not get very good sleep the entire stay because of this. Won't be a problem for deep sleepers, if you're a light sleeper, be prepared to not sleep until the disco finally shuts down at 4AM. Very disappointed more isn't done to ensure guests have a quiet relaxing night's sleep. The hotel is extremely nice, well appointed, and the staff is very eager to help. Would not stay here again due to noise.

So far one of the best Hilton hotels I've been. Super helpful staff! Got a free upgrade to suite. The food is awesome. Will definately stay here again!

I am very disappointed in the service provided at the front desk I stayed at the Reforma for one night but my card was charged for 2 nights including bank charges in addition to the $314. US Dolllars per night my card was charged for $670. US Dollars. I was told by the front desk that my refund will take at least a month. Although my planned trip was to stay at the Hilton for 4 night I checked out after one night and checked in another hotel. Despite my checking out I was charged twice because the front desk person was sloppy and did not do the research to check before running The card twice although I told him that I had already paid for the room the night before. I travel a bit for my job I also have Hilton honors but after this experience I will NOT stay at another Hilton hotel. I am sitting in one of the meeting rooms writing this report. I will check back with the front desk during my lunch time I need my refund Today.

Wonderful hotel. Got married there a little over 6 months ago and everything was simply breathtaking. I recommend the rooms, the restaurants and the distance from it to all of Mexico City's downtown. Well worth it!

Great hotel with very nice staff. The room was gorgeous with a priceless view of the city. They were also very helpful in setting up an excursion to the pyramids.

We had a very nice time here. Our room on the top floor was clean and spacious, complete with a bathtub and huge comfortable bed. Executive floor was very enjoyable for atmosphere, food and panoramic views of the city. Attention and overall level of the reception felt appropriate of a central Hilton. Not cheap, but worth the experience!

A great location near the heart of Mexico City. Minutes from dozens of museums​, restaurants, and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and we'll maintained. I highly recommend a Master Suite as they afford a fantastic 25th floor view of the city through wall length windows. Just make sure they accept your method of payment before booking, they do not accept Discover and seem to have trouble processing US debit cards.

Downtown Mexico city layover in a very trendy area. Great hotel with views from the top floor of all of the city. Lots and amenities and good staff that are fluent in both English and Spanish. Rooms are very large with free Wi-Fi, large bathroom, and good TV channel options. Close distance to restaurants a d shop and a local outdoor bazaar.

This hotel overbooks and sends guests to another hotel. This is what happened to us: • We used our Air Miles to book six nights at the Hilton Reforma, which we had selected because it is supposedly a 5-star hotel close to the historic district. We had even booked a walking tour for the morning after our arrival, which started close to the hotel. • Prior to our arrival, because our flight was scheduled to arrive later in the day, we emailed the hotel twice to confirm that this would be okay. We did not receive a response to either email. • Because we had not received a response to our emails, we called the hotel on the morning of our arrival. We spoke with Diego, who assured us that we could check in whenever we wanted and that our room would be ready for us. • As soon as we arrived, however, we got a bad vibe from the woman at the front desk. She told us that a manager would be coming to speak to us about our room. When the manager, Giovanni, arrived, he claimed there was a problem with our room, but said that arrangements had already been made for us to spend the first night in another hotel. We refused to budge and asked to speak with his manager. • While we were waiting in the reception area, another person who was attempting to check in was also told that there was a problem with his room and that he would be moved to another hotel. • Finally another manager, Miguel, arrived.

Very well located in the cultural center of Mexico City. This hotel offers very good service. Breakfast buffet. Gym. Outdoor/Indoor pool. Modern and comfortable rooms.

The rooms are confortable and are so cleand. The service room is fast. About location is quite difficult to arrive by car.

Bottled water in the room was super expensive. If you need water just walk down the block to one of the convenience stores and get water for cheap. Otherwise, the room was nice, food was good, and the staff was friendly; about what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. Would definitely visit again.

Great clean hotel, with an amazing location near the Mexican downtown. Rooms have lots of space and all the props needed for the stay. Service is good and the staff guys are always friendly and available.

It is a good hotel, everything is perfect, only the receptionists do not respect the reservations, there is a battle with them for the worth, and they charge $110 per day for parking.

It is a luxury hotel, has a cafeteria in the lobby and just on a side has a restarante, the function rooms are spacious and provide service of snacks and beverages for the event.

Safe, stylish, central… The price rather high. Just in front of Fine Arts. 10 minutes from the main square and 3 minutes from la Torre Latinoamericana. Easy to access by different means of transport.

The salon conference is very appropriate as well as the coffee brake, comfortable chairs and air conditioning is adequate. The staff of the entrance did not greet them unless they see that you are a guest.

If you are looking for is to know the centre of Mexico city and its surroundings, either to make purchases or to know the mexican culture, this is an excellent location where to reserve, with a view of the alameda and part to fine arts, surrounded by places to eat, and live the nightlife. As a hotel you feel good. The treatment of aliens is very attentive to how much people bilingual and all of which together resolve what you need, in general good.

A hotel fairly spacious and modern, with the exception of the rooms, they need a little maintenance and maybe be renewed. In general I have no complaints with the staff, but I also am satisfied with your care, they are not very hospitable. By own experience I suggest that if you wait for visits, give them your room number because a friend was waiting for me in the lobby and not knowing the room number they treated her very haughty.

Very good rooms, an ideal size, environment very cozy and elegant, good service of the staff and the buffet breakfast is exquisite.

Nice hotel but you have to ask everything in advance. At my time of booking I added the diamond hilton honors card as well as at the time of check-in but it was only by accident when I talked to another staff member that I heard about all the extras that I should have gotten but I paid for it at the time of booking. The desk people never told me anything. Also apparently you get an upgrade. Free access to business lounge. Free Internet etc. I have to leave one day earlier but no refund possible. It will be the night of the 31st so I am sure they can sell this room to somebody else that night. I am still staying here. For the rest. Nice hotel. Decent food. Clean rooms. Bathrooms are a bit outdated and look accordingly. Only shower but that is fine with me. Next time in mexico… Not sure if I come back here.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. The hotel is beautiful, clean, housekeepers are very helpful and in a great location. However, I was really dissatisfied with the front desk staff they rude, condescending, not helpful and frankly are not professional. They talk (smack) about you in spanish (which I completely understand) and make fun of guest as well. I mean this is just unprofessional overall. I'm a proud Hilton Honors member and have been for quite sometime but this is the first that I've ever heard or seen front desk staff being this rude. Very disappointing! I do have to say, upon check-in they did make me wait for my room for quite some time. However, they did make it up by placing us on the executive level & providing us with access (free of charge). So I do want to say thank you for that.

Very central museums, cafés, squares excellent.

Well, I had always stayed at the hilton every trip to Mexico City (like 3 times a year for 5-7 days at a time) and although the service is impeccable & location is great… there's a few changes that I didn't like this time around. The room service food has always had a very high standard, and it was significantly lowered. In addition, I had already had an issue with a relative coming to eat to the 1st floor restaurant (El Cardenal) and her entry was denied. In addition to that, now if you have anyone visiting you in the room, there's a $35 charge per person, per visit that isn't explained to you from the start. Very disappointing!

Excellent hotel. I play to be there on the 25th floor during an earthquake of 5.6 degrees at 3 a. M. Was felt as if water bed.

I loved their executive lounge. Work on it is a beauty, bad food on the terrace Mall is horrendous. Really bad, otherwise well.

Aweful! I got there on a Friday and they gave me my room at 10pm because the oversold the Hotel rooms. Gave me a massage more forced than willing because I went to the Spa to shower and figured I needed to relax, then they offered to pay for it. Which is nice. But. I went around town on a cab waiting from Noon until 10pm to get my room. Beware. I got my room finally and the A/C wasn't working, I called and maintenance came twice. They told me the A/C was working, during night I froze and during the day it was very hot! The day I left I called again and maintenance came again and they finally figured it out and told me that in fact the A/C wasn't working. Wow! then they said "Ma'm we are sorry for your inconvenience". The compensation they gave was to stay until after 6pm on my room the day of check out. Wow! I paid over $400 dlls for a horrible experience. All they could do was ignore me and say I am sorry. Please avoid this place. The food is very discussing, the amounts they serve on Guest room service are very small and it is over rated. $20+ dlls a plate. They charge you for everything, which I don't mind when it is a quality service. Bad, and ugly.

Clean and accommodating hotel. The English speaking is minimal so it helps to know some Spanish.

The view from the hotel is amazing. You can almost see the entire city. If you want to take the tour bus, it is only a block away. Service was great as well.

This place is fantastic.

Beautiful above all is the same structure as the previous hotel I think that I only change the name but quite spacious salons for events and restaurant the caerdenal that is located at the entrance to eat there is delicious.

I'd recommend it only for a late arrival. The hotel itself doesn't have too many things, but being located in the airport, you're only a few steps away from various restaurants and stores. The building is very dated with low ceilings. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage at one point and although the sound of planes did not bother me, the noise from nearby construction did.
