We had an excellent stay at Colima71 in the Terrace Studio Colima. The hotel is artfully designed and in a prime location. Great level of service, everyone was friendly and helpful.

This hotel stay was gifted to us by a friend, and it’s hard to describe the luxury of being cared for in the ways Colima 71 offered us. We were welcomed by name into a serene, naturally lit, and

Great experience! The atmosphere is so romantic and service is great.

Lovely hotel, beautiful courtyard, and friendly staff.

A very nice, luxurious hotel to stay in, in the midst of Mexico City. The staff is wonderful, and the room was clean and quiet, as well as incredibly comfortable with all the amenities one could need.

Such a great boutique hotel! Room was pretty spacious and nicely decorated and furnished. The shower was amazing! We had adjoining rooms, which was super convenient.

Phenomenal experience. The reception was great and felt personal. Great service amd attention to detail all around.

I have stayed here before and the level of service and cleanliness is still as good as ever.

My sister & I travel to México City from Tampa Florida & stay for the first time at Casa Polanco for 5 days, I most star by saying that the house is Gorgeous& luxurious, in a very upscale & safe

The group that traveled with us to Mexico City is well-traveled, and each of us have stayed in some very nice hotels throughout the world. Casa Polanco ranked at the top of the very best.

Nice hotel, convenient location. The breakfast is an excellent buffet. We opted for a food package that allows for breakfast and happy hour with full bar and finger food at 6PM, extra $100 per night.

I've stayed at a good number of Hyatt's over the years, and this is one of the best experiences I've had.

Absolutely fabulous hotel from the top down and definitely my favorite after staying in half a dozen in this beautiful Mexico City.

We recently stayed at The Campos in Polanco as a family of four, and we honestly cannot say enough good things about this place.

Live Aqua Urban Resort Mexico City is a fabulous oasis right in the middle of the busy city.

An Unforgettable Experience at Live Aqua Hotel.
We recently hosted a two-day work event at Live Aqua Hotel, and it was nothing short of exceptional.

I highly recommend Pennsylvania Suites. They treat you like family. I've stayed for 2.5 months for business.

What a fantastic place and location. Miguel and the team couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. This place truly is a gem and I will certainly be back. It’s very clean and the gym is also very good.

We were traveling to Mexico City and chose an amazing hotel, The Alest Hotel.
It was my birthday, and the hotel had a sweet gift waiting for me upon arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at The Alest Hotel. The accommodations were lovely—comfortable, beautifully appointed, and everything we could have hoped for including a free mini bar.

Our family had a very good experience at Las Suites in Mexico City. The staff, especially Enrique, were warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs.

Staff is attentive and helpful. Location is quiet yet very walkable to many eateries. Hotel rooms are exactly as noted in their fotos — just outdated. But everything functioned.

Stayed for a week in August. The hotel was clean and service was wonderful.

Excellent hotel and staff. Food at restaurant is excellent. Room very clean and modern.

We went to Samos Sabores Míos at the Ritz-carlton hotel after visiting Chapultepec Castle, and the experience was excellent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ritz Carlton in Mexico City. The staff were amazing, and very helpful. The location is wonderful, and the beds were super comfortable.

We stayed 6 nights and it was a great experience! Very friendly staffs, especially the waiter, Gustavo, in the restaurant Ala Parrilla, is very nice and provides excellent service.

At the end of April 24th, my stay at the Marquis Reforma Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Jose and Sadot.

First class rooms and even better staff!
The manager, Israel, made sure we felt welcome and accommodated. Anyone coming to Polanco will realize for the price this residence has the best value.

Friends stayed at Dominion and recommended it to us. Beautiful, spacious apt. Very safe area. (next to Intercontinental and Hyatt Regency). Close to Museum of Anthropology.

I have just returned from a weeks stay in the superb Alteza Hotel in Polanco. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way… the front desk could not be more helpful and caring.

Good hotel with big and comfortable room. No restaurant, other than breakfast at the top floor. The breakfast was good. The fitness center was bad with all equipment out of order!

This is not a fancy hotel. Location is great, peace is very reasonable for my purpose. Have stayed here before and will do it again.

I stayed there for 4 days and overall, it was a good experience, with the location being very central. However, the soundproofing between rooms could be better.

My wife and I spent 7 nights at this great boutique hotel.

Our family recently stayed for five days at Hotel Dama.
We arrived at midnight and were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who took our luggage to our room.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights, and we absolutely loved it. The room was so comfortable and clean. The courtyard downstairs and the patio upstairs were perfect places to sit and relax.

Internet not great — couldn’t do video meetings.
Shared door with room next door and could hear the neighbors really well.
Breakfast was great.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Good location near downtown.

Peaceful, clean, warm and friendly staff and owners, delicious food in a magical little town.

Beautifully maintained and decorated. Their services are top notch from cleanliness to the grounds and to the food and coffee.

Our “junior suite” at the Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec was a wonderful surprise and truly the highlight of our stay.

I had a lovely stay at Grand Fiesta Americana. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from.

Our overall experience was exceptional from start to finish.

We enjoyed the centrally located property with friendly staff! The location was fantastic — really easy to get around from the central spot in the city.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay here while we were vacationing in Mexico City.

After a horrible stay at a nearby " hotel", we ended up here, and we were so HAPPY.

Absolutely loved my stay! Rooms are comfortable, spacious and very clean.

We stayed here for a total of 5 nights. Prior to booking the AR218 hotel, we had done extensive research on hotel options in Roma Norte and La Condesa.
