Simply put: an outstanding experience! After five days/four nights, I feel qualified to say that this is an excellent hotel in Mexico City. The food was always fresh, appealing and delicious. The entire staff always paused to say "good day", and made you feel as though they were ready to assist you. Interesting conversations are there if you want them, or you can simply enjoy the genuine and friendly greeting from all. Raul and Hezzel are two I remember as eager to help you with your Spanish if you are interested. You'll also appreciate the commitment the environment: little things like a glass bottle of water in your room as an alternative to the plastic. Want a quick cup of coffee in the morning? Or a flavored water on the way to your room? A simple walk to the table at the the elevator on your is all you need. Fresh fruit and other treats were always there as well. The record player was a delightful touch. Exceptionally clean and fresh, The Live Aqua will be where I stay next year, as well. Thank you.

We had two poor experiences that ruined what would have otherwise been a nice stay at this hotel. Three of our guests were arriving on a red eye and we wanted them to have a room ready when they arrived early in the morning. We paid for that night to make sure the room would be available. We made sure that the hotel was aware when they would arrive and that they needed two beds. They arrived and the room wasn’t ready and didn’t have the two beds when it was. The second experience that ruined our trip was the very dangerous water feature beside the hallway en route to the elevators. We were there for a wedding and my sister was all dressed up. She accidentally fell into the water as it was not lit at all nor was there any sort of barrier or warning. She hurt her leg and it ruined her night. The hotel staff did not bring up towels right away as requested to help her dry off and they did nothing to cordon the area or mark it with lights to warn people in the future. It’s too bad because otherwise it’s a fairly nice hotel, albeit very expensive.

My review goes to the spa since I'm a local visitor. Reservation by phone was incredible, Adrian — spa host — helped easily us to find a slot and guide us properly through the menu listened carefully tu our necessities. The experience was wonderful: — Hotel installations are surrounded by design and details. — Spa staff is welcoming and caring — Massage was well done — And again Adrian a great host Some opportunities: — Hidrotherapy didn't work properly — Some towels were damage We sure recommend this place.

Great room, 65' TV in main area plus secondary TV in the restroom to relax in the hot tub. Comfortable bed and pillows, plus automated lights and great room service.

Expensive, poor service, very abusive. They threaten to charge 30, 000 pesos if You smoke in any area of the hotel. It's Not because I smoke, but it doesn't make me right. The voucher takes a long time to deliver your car and is mandatory, be a guest or be at an event or restaurant. They feel the best and are not.

A world-class hotel. The SPA is amazing and the. Price is reasonably good. High quality facilities. What I like most about the hotel is Sunday brunch. It's really spectacular and amazing. The options are thousands and it has the most delicious and fresh products that can be offered. The prices are very acceptable for the quantity, quality and variety of the products that this place offers. I recommend it widely.

I recommend the Korobuta rib, with asparagus, hazelnuts, false precious Ulikuo (dads with vegetable ash) and a hazelnut sauce with mint.

Very dark the hotel, the phone did not work and in the evening to noises follow had no line, the bathroom blind did not work, the water in the shower was not kept constant and the restaurant food left a lot to be desired. Nothing to do with the live aqua of other cities.

Great place for a drink with friends. Nice mood, really good food and service. Prices higher than average but for a once-a-week business lunch or a weekend social meeting is a good option.

Incredibly disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of. When I arrived I read on the website that there were shuttle services available so instead of taking an Uber ($8) I called the hotel and asked if they had a shuttle, he said yes and that the “shuttle” would be there in 10 minutes. 50 minutes later the “shuttle” arrived. Only to be informed I had to pay $80 for the “shuttle”… 10x the regular rate. When I asked why I wasn’t told that the concierge said that’s how it is… and how would I know that? I asked secondly why it was so much more expensive and was told because it’s a tourist taxi. How in the world could you be giving me a tour in the dead of the night?

I Attended a conference at this hotel. It's a little removed, but it's easy to get. Good Service for valet parking, though quite expensive. Inside the hotel My only problem was that there is no sign or sign indicating where to go to find the event rooms.

Great hotel at Sta Fe, inside a mall with several restaurants and good stores. The rooms are big and very confortable as well as the bathroom. This hotel also has plenty of space for you to organize your clothes and shoes. Restaurant is ok The best part is the gym and spa. You can't go there and not try the massages! One of the best in cdmx for sure.

Located and interconected, just beside Arcos Bosques, its one of the top zones of Santa Fe. It has cute architecture, nice restaurant really cousy, amazing gym "Black" great sight of all Mexico City, located beside a shopping mall and lots of office buildings, its really expensive but worth it if you are payed for traveling. Rooms start om 180usd.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms have a contemporary style of very good taste!. The location can be a little difficult for a person who intends to come to Mexico as a tourist. For the person that intends to be around the area of forests of them Lomas and Santa Fe, is an excellent option. So I recommend lot!

Very nice hotel and good restaurants. Especially good in the buffet breakfast. Obviously there is much to do out there, outside of the mall and go to your meetings in Santa Fe, but the site is worthwhile. Czech decoration and photos of emblematic buildings of the city of Mexico, as the MUNAL, etc.

Completed in late 2012, the Hotel Aqua is one of the best hotels I've stayed at while in Mexico City. It is situated in one of the core business areas of the city (Paseo de los Tamarindos — next to "El Pantalon") — which is very handy if you're visiting Cisco, Microsoft, BMW, etc. The decor is modern, the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The food & service at the restaurant (on the main level) was excellent. The hotel is directly attached (indoor) to the mall which offers other restaurants and shopping. Expect to pay a premium, however the location and quality is generally worth it if you need to be in this area of the city.
