Mexico City Hotels near Expo Bancomer Santa Fe

This young man at the entrance, I don’t remember his name but he was fantastic. (He was wearing a black jacket).

This is the location I stay many times for business trips to Mexico. Great hotel, clean, with good service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
They rebuilt their gym. It is small but nice.

Good hotel. A bit of a drive for some of my favorite areas in the city (Polanco or Roma Norte)

The Westin Santa Fe was great — the room, furnishings, housekeeping and staff were all first-class. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant and bar were good too.

We were in town for business and this was a great place to stay. The rooms were so nice and had lots of room. The bathrooms were very clean. The shower was hot and had amazing water pressure.

Rooms very clean with quick housekeeping services.
Frondesk staff very cooperative.
Just a suggestion to have staff who can speak and understand English language for smooth conversations.

Comfortable and pleasant stay for two nights. I used my upgrade awards for a master suite on the 15th floor. Nice room with comfy bed and sheets.

Rooms were ok, but details matter. Power plugs are too narrow to fit two standard phone chargers.

This hotel is nice and cozy and sits right in the middle of the Santa Fe business district, and the famous Parque la Mexicana and the Santa Fe Mall are well within walking distance.

Everything in the room is very comfortable, It is a quiet hotel with and excellent service.

Excellent service! The people at the restaurant, the concierge, the front desk were all amazing! We were able to coordinate to have our meals and rooms ready for a large group.

This is not a traditional hotel experience. No lobby, no amenities, no bar, no refrigerator, and no concierge service. Very few English-speaking staff.

Amazing staff from front desk to bellboys and restaurant. Very attentive and efficient. Smiling and polite. Highest standard I have experienced so far after 3 years spent in Mexico.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. First time in Santa Fe. Extremely kind staff, spacious rooms, very nice view from at least one side of the hotel into more of Mexico City.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe for a business trip, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience.

Very good attention the excellent rooms very good costs and the food very rich.
