Executive style Hotel. It'S in remodeling to provide better service. Located in an excellent area to go on business. The room rate includes buffet breakfast.

Clean Aunq Forget a few things and a few hours later disappeared. Bad experience at the end.

The basics for a business trip! Rooms comfortable and with good service of the staff, improve the breakfast that is included, it is understood that it is a cheap option but could improve the quality of the same.

This hotel has a strange interior layout and could use some updating, breakfast was decent.

Good location, too much noise during the night can not sleep, the breakfast is pretty Bad, the rooms are ugly, the only good they are. The workers are very friendly, the gym was not in service.

Not very good attitude on the part of the receptionist, I woke up in the early morning for clarification about the stay, the food is tasteless and expensive. Besides I tried a cookie from the coffee area and had a taste for multi-purpose cleaner, obviously I could not eat the disgust I felt.

A few meters from the Mall Garden Santafe and about 5 minutes from Plaza Santafe one of the largest in the city and Garden Plaza, in the vicinity there is a wide variety of restaurants just walking, despite being a hotel category Express has all the comforts of a hotel D E first line, spacious, comfortable and with good service, breakfast is basic as you would expect in this type of hotel but try to provide options so that it does not become monotonous, the rooms are clean and take care of the cleanliness. The service is very good and the price is high for an express hotel but it is compensated in the location and amenities of the hotel.

It has dropped the quality of the hotel.
The quality of the bed is not the typical of the Holiday Inn franchise.
Another of its attractions was the nearest shopping center "Garden" which had several restaurants themselves that have closed in the area so you have to go to the shopping center Santa Fe.

I must admit that their rooms are pretty good for what they charge and the area where they are located, they give good service… but all that was spoiled when I got to the counter asking for my reservation made 2 weeks before my arrival and they just told me You excuse us, we are full and NO room for you, but we can get you one elsewhere. They got me somewhere else where it is cheaper and they still made me pay the same rate for them. In my 8 years I have traveled never happened that you arrive at the hotel with reservation and tell you that your reservation was given to someone else… It's unacceptable.

Location, facilities and service is perfect for business trips.

It was easy to find the hotel, but the parking lot is very neglected, dirty, without painting, does not have enough lighting, but it is bigger enough.

It is a comfortable hotel with breakfast included. The staff is friendly and tries to meet your needs although sometimes they don't get it.

I went to eat to the restaurant at the first floor called taquearte. The food was ok nothing to write home about, the service was quite fast and nice.

The hotel is well located and the rooms are spacious and clean. I don't recommend the restaurant located on site and breakfast is not included on standard room rates, even for Platinum members. The value proposition is particularly good because of that.

Good hotel from the IHG chain, somewhat expensive for the amenities that they offer. Great view from the top floor and good service. Restaurant is just Ok and the buffet has only very traditional Mexican dishes.

It is a great option if you have to work in the Santa Fe area. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Breakfast is quite complete, so you can trust you will arrive well fed to your activities.

This is my second time staying here for business. It is not bad. Service is very good and the staff will assist in any way. Some staff does know English. Facilities are always clean. Several places to eat in walking distance. There is currently some construction on the side and in front of the hotel but overall it is a good place to stay in the area.
