Muy bien el espacio de las habitaciones. El diseño de interiores es interesante y agradable. Las camas son cómodas, aunque las cobijas y sábanas no los son tanto. Las almohadas son cómodas. La zona es muy agradable, pero está muy lejos de áreas con vida nocturna. En general el hotel es excelente opción para ir de negocios. Lo recomiendo.

The hotel looks new from the outside Buy the inside of the room is kind of old (deluxe king bed room). They serve English breakfast qnd it's good.

Well the place as a hotel is nice, however I must say that I only know the party rooms of this hotel.
The living room was beautiful and the attention very professional, The banquet was delicious and if anything but I would put it is that the hall has a very small dance floor.
Otherwise the truth is that the place is beautiful.

Nice Hotel, good service but sometida issues during the wedding I asisted like issues with the soundtrack system and all the people waited almost 1 our for the opening of the party room with no place to sit.

The hotel is well dry is a very executive hotel its kitchen is not good regular but the staff is excellent in the efficient friendly attention I have stayed at the Sheraton which is aside and is much better on site. As a suggestion to the human resources department ask that the girls comb their hair because they were quite scruffy They were better combed the buttons or there was also a very neat-looking reception boy but very dishevelled girls very careless in their aspect I think by the category of the Hotel if they should demand a better presence is not so much that they make up like clowns who comb that their clothes look ironed that looks clean.

Modern and clean hotel, perfect location if you go to Expo Santa Fe for business. Good price and high standards, there is a gym and teo restaurants. Close to the hotel there is Starbucks and there are several restaurants.

Good location easy access, some details with the room (no coffeemaker, problems with the bathroom door, lighting and TV control) excellent service and attention. I was annoyed that staying at the hotel will charge me parking.

The bathroom was clean and the breakfast was very good. 508… The nice hall and lounges, attentive staff, but definitely was a disappointment not to find a coffeemaker in my room just like the shabby door.

I was there for 5 days, one of the elevators decomposed and the rest takes a long time to serve. The food is spectacular. The rooms are super clean. The heating and air conditioning very good. The location is not so easy to get to.

Well if it was a great service do not have to see the employees in their affairs is a bad reputation for the hotel and Muchomenos Manoceandose in the events. The employees devén to be ratios and how they allow their bosses to happen this kind of thing and then a lady with a young man could be his mother that they look bad.

Is really good hotel, just the pillows sucks a little bit and the bed is not the best but it works.

Excellent for work events, it costs with several well-equipped conference rooms. The food service is excellent. The only bad thing is the parking lot as they are very small drawers and not very spacious. For events you charge 110 for the entire time and if you go on your own IT costs 60 per hour.

Not all of the employees in this place are friendly and attentive. The cleanliness is not very good if you stay more than a day do not change all the towels, do not put sanitary paper, or change the soaps.
In spite of all this I have a great fun.

It is a very comfortable and elegant hotel however for the price of the rooms they should have at least free Wi-Fi service and water at least 2 bottles per room. There are some details that in other hotels are free and here everything has an extra cost.

I attended a wedding last weekend. As far as the rooms well in general, very good views although the air conditioner did not work well. In relation to events like weddings. Bad waiter service. Well decorated the living room. When you leave there is no survey of satisfaction or interest in knowing the opinion of the guests.

I was in a room for a company event and all the sound and video equipment worked perfectly, plus the destination had very good taste. I do not like that all the halls are so dark (without sunlight) but hey, that's how it is in many parts. I think it's a very good option.

Excellent hotel to enjoy beautiful scenery. Close to the business area and 30 minutes from the city centre. 3. Shopping fences to the same and excellent service.

GOOD: Nice deserts and salad bar. There are many kinds of cheeses ## NOTE: The green area is not so comfortable during the sunny hours. If your are interested in the green area ask for a reservation ## BAD: There is not enough kind of fish dishes.

The hotel is very good, comfortable rooms, the beds are not the best but they are OK, opportunity the service of Check Inn and check out is very slow, sometimes there is only one person for all the guests. Or, like the Oxxo, there are two but only one is the Cobra!

Expensive and lack of courtesy compared to hotels of same or lower prices… For example, nor the bottled water that should be complimentary.

Rooms good. Breakfast buffet excellent. Toothbrush/toothpaste and razor available at a cost, unlike most hotels. No pool. Jacuzzi available by appointment.

Great facilities, well conditioned and adequate halls for crowded events. Great reception and service. Cons: it's a hard to arrive place due to its location at Mexico City.

Good hotel un general. Big tidy rooms with a nice restaurant and good room service. It has a nice location in Santa Fe. The people who gave me the service wasn't that good though.

I've been staying at the Camino Real Santa Fe on business since 2012 and I have to say I'm disappointed. The bathroom is the worst design I've ever seen, there is a single small shelf in the shower and nowhere to hang a towel or washcloth. The towels are on a rack over the toilet which is bisected from the shower by a wall and door. I had the impression I was being taken advantage of at each stage. The room is supposed to come with a large bottle of water each day. For the first 2 days this happened. Thereafter, I had to use the mini-bar water, or room service, both of which came with a charge. Only if I left a note to leave water, did housekeeping do so. The cab from my office ran from 50-57 peso's one way. To take a cab from the room cost 120 the first couple of days and then they started charging 220. The following Monday I told them to get me the regular rate cab and we went down to 130. They say this extra charge is because these cabs are "safe" and the drivers speak some English. Only a couple of the drivers spoke fluently, and the cab companies used were at times the same one I was taking From the office. So what is up with the upcharge, and the "whatever the market will bear" approach to cabs? I expect that I overpaid around $100US for the two weeks I was there just on these miscellaneous charges. The only saving grace was the spa.

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and an excellent restaurant — Bice — I don't give 5 stars because it does not have a pool (the two jacuzzi tubs do not count). The location is pretty good, in the area of corporate but without being so immersed, the street on which it is located offers you a bit of privacy. If you get room with view to the city and it is a clear day it is very nice. The gym is well equipped and has a view of a very nice terrace on sunny days. The food at Bice is very good, I recommend the salmon pizza. In the evenings the bar, Kyo has very good food also, I tried the martini of LyChee and it was very good, as well as the botanita.

It is the best hotel and very elegant.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS DANGEROUS HOTEL! I recently spent 2 months in this hotel. On only the 3rd day there was an electrical issue with the desk lamp which almost killed my wife, but destroyed my computer and another audio device. The hotel refused to accept responsibility and only after two months of very heated discussions did they replace my equipment but never any apology on their behalf. They will charge you for everything and anything, the food is terrible (in one of the meals we discovered small metal pieces from a kitchen utensil and dirt in the salad! ) and the service is incredibly slow, sometimes not there at all! Considering the amount of hotels in the area, I would find somewhere else.

Really recommended, following the style of the Royal Road. Very attentive staff and very nice view.

Hotel is made for all the business people who enjoy the good care, good food and a great atmosphere to close their business agreements.

I recommend this hotel :).
