I am staying at 1:40 in the morning and in some of their rooms you can hear as if they were beating with a hammer.

Very nice hotel.
Clean and spacious rooms.
With very good service.
The food is very rich, both buffet and room service.
The pool and gym very good.
Surrounded by restaurants and a shopping center.
A second shopping center a few minutes away in safe taxis (90 pesos) — to the airport the taxi leaves about 400-500 pesos and about 900 pesos for 3 hours of excursion between Polanco, visit to the Virgin of Guadalupe and a couple of other sites.
If you are going to do the Nclex for USA, the exam center is right in front.
100% recommended.

Super expensive food and not worth it. Smaller portions than normal. Some things past salt. The only good thing, is breakfast but not a la carte!

Asked for help bcz I was sick and they refused to help. The worst service possible. I just asked for some white rice.

Excellent option in Santa Fe based on cost benefit. It is definitely not as luxurious as other options close by but it delivers even more than it promises. My room was very spacious with a king bed, fridge, desk, big couch, safe and most importantly, nespresso machine and bottled water everyday. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The only cons were regulator on the shower was tricky and water temperature oscillated too much and the keys tend to demagnetize too easy.

Nice beds, variety of pillows, gym with treadmills, bicycle, elliptical, a pulley apparatus, another for abs, and some dumbbells. It has a pool in the upper part, outdoors. Well located, in front of Plaza Samara.

It is worth highlighting the good attention, the rooms very comfortable, easy access and could be improved in the cleaning of the bathroom.

Very good quality-price. Near the TEC in Mexico City. The breakfasts are high level. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. It has a good gym and pool.

Very good service. Cozy room. The pool and gym are a great plus for those of us who want to keep our workout routine when we travel.

Good for the money. Better than the Hilton in front with snobbish recepcionists towards Top Status Guests. Finally a good Accor Place in Mexico. Don’t bother using their overpriced and ridiculous Ibis Hotels in Mexico. Tried them, gosh they were so bad. This one was perfect. I just stayed one day but the rooms were ok, not as spacious as their American Counterparts but still very good for a French Hotelgroup. I got my Platinum Benefits, an upgrade to an executive room and some cocktails. Okay. They were fast and courteous. At 65 Euros a good value, far better than 170 for the Hilton in front were they already kill their best clientele by enforcing stupid upgrade rules for nothing. What do I do, I changed to the Novotel. Not bad at the right price although the cleaning staff was cleaning till 6 pm and talking loudly in the hallways which should not be the case. Accor should really give their Platinum Guests free breakfast… well Generosity apparently is not in a French dictionary…

The hotel room is quite comfortable. The bed and the pillows are soft, and there's a small frigo bar where you can have a snack or drink (they aren't free though). My only complaints are that the bathroom had a stain on the floor, and that the Wi-Fi is rather slow. Still, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Very comfortable Hotel with all the services. Located in excellent place in Santa Fe. It's in front of a mall. Very comfortable rooms. We only need to organize the coffee from the rooms be grainy and not soluble.

I liked the hotel, good service, cleanliness and comfort. The pool area is very nice with warm water and a waterfall. It has a sauna which is also very cozy and a gym. My room 117 had a bathtub, iron and cable TV. The only flaw I found in general was that I thought it was a hotel where I would not find children and unfortunately there were many in the pool area where I expected peace and quiet, then also went into the sauna to dry the pool water when there Dec Clearly that it was not allowed. In short, they should pay more attention specifically in those areas and more when there are children involved. Otherwise I found a good place to stay. The food in the restaurant very good only that a little elevated the prices. Thanks for all the attentions, I hope to return soon!

Excellent rooms with amenities for business, I do not recommend do much for holidays, as far as the food is good, and is in front of a very good shopping center, Samara.

Its service is excellent, the restaurant has a wide range of drinks. The rooms are good and clean. I found No obvious flaws.

All well, only the bathrooms are very poorly designed.

I was there for an emergency business trip, the staff at the hotel were great, breakfast was normal, however they need to make sure that short order cooks at the buffet use utensils to handle food or gloves when serving customers (health issues please), would like to see more of a variety at the breakfast buffet its great to have local food, some pastries and or whole grains. Thank you.

Nice hotel to relax and the pool great private and quiet, the buffet rich. It's expensive the hotel but in Groupon it comes cheap.

Very good service. They have breakfast buffet which is not the big deal but it allows you to go straight to your meeting or commitment you have in the Santa Fe area.

The rooms are simple but functional. The bathroom could be renovated again soon. Although everything is functional, the interior is no longer entirely up to the times. Otherwise we were satisfied, even if we were in principle already in better novotels.

The people have been very friendly and the stay at the hotel was great. I would definitely repeat accommodation.

Access cards fail continuously. Yy when they realize that a is from the north of the country kindness decreases. Very good location.

The only negative point is that the coffe at the breakfast need to be served by a waiter. Not always available, later they evento request a tip. Isto believe It is easier to have a dispenser ir even a expresso machine. Better coffe and cheaper. Deve coffe att the tablet os not realy a service. It some times disturbs more than helps.

Great hotel to Business visit. This hotel is very comfortable. Attention is really good from hotel employees. Rooms have a big space and the beeds are comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

Regular. I had a problem with my phone that was alerting about new messages, but when checked there were no messages. The noise was annoying me and nobody was able to fix it. I had to disconnect the phone to stop it to make the noise. I also found the bathroom too old. Breakfast was poor. Pillows were bad.

In this place I liked for that day which was adesayunar had a buffet very rich and very good price per person not spent as it seems and the jugome charm more Mandarin was delicious and I like to return avitarlo.
