The only highlight of this hotel is that it is beside the train station. The bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom was small.

Cosy good location good breakfast.

Friendly, courtesy and efficiency.
Air conditioning, essential in this great heat.
Great value.
Very close to the train station.
In addition, La Spezia is a very pleasant city.
I will definitely be back.

In front of the train station, silent, perfect and silent air conditioning, comfortable bed and comfortable bathroom in the room; in the morning a good breakfast with cakes and fruit salad. Very close to the center and the main course that leads to the promenade. I've tried others in the area, but I highly recommend the Mary in that price range. Q.

Negative: The basket with the personal items was dirty, shower with no place to place our comb or personal shampoo. Poor colours/no decoration. Positive: reasonable breakfast, with handmade cakes. The room in general seemed clean.

Quiet clean room, great selection @ breakfast. Friendly warm staff. Situated opposite raiway short walk to town centre.

I stayed for work, great for proximity to the station and bus, hotel more than in width develops in height, the rooms are complete with everything with reduced space to a minimum. Bar Service very effective even in the middle of the night, very organized reception.

Staff very accommodating and very convenient near the train station to get around.

We chose Hotel Mary as our base to visit the Cinque Terre. We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is across the road from the train station and a few minutes walk to the main area of La Spezia so pretty much ideal. Breakfast was included and consisted of a very good buffet (cakes, cold meats, sausage, cheese, fresh yoghurt, fruit etc). We paid €60 a night which was not far off the cheapest at the time. As it was close to the station, got a good breakfast and had a clean room we were very happy with our stay. Only deducted a star as it is pretty noisy in the rooms — traffic noise and also noise from other rooms — meant we didn't get the best sleep. But all in all great for our trip.

Strategic location to get around by train to visit the 5 Terre. Staff helpful but room structure quite questionable.

Excellent location for from La SPEZIA tour 5terra. Just across the street you get to the station. The neighborhood is not the cutest, but it is very close to the center, a very good breakfast, with homemade pastries the attention good the rooms spacious and clean.

The breakfast is a little bit poor not what is published on their website. Little professionalism in reception.

Hotel a few steps from the train station, close to the main streets of the city. Convenient choice for just one night only. The staff at the front desk was very helpful.

Well located hotel just in front of the train station. Decent breakfast served. Room was nice but could have been cleaner (especially bathroom). A but of a noisy neighborhood though even at night.

Cozy hotel, they give us a disabled room instead of the queen room booked but the breakfast is amazing like a 4 stars hotel… there is no parking and you have to park on the blue line on the city street, free parking on sunday the business days and saturday you pay 1.5 euro per hour from 8am to 8pm.

Great breakfast and excellent location for Cinque Terra excursions. Reasonable price for the room. Biggest issue was that there were mildew in a few places in the room (fridge, behind the cupboard and in the bathroom).

The breakfast is very good. Location is very convenient, 3 minutes of walk to the train station. The room is small and clean, with some broken facilities. It is worth a 3.5 overall, but I will give it 4 considering the friendly management.

The hotel is conveniently next to the train station, so the location is excellent. They also provide excellent breakfast — lots of variety and tasty food. My only complaint is there was quite a bit of mildew in the shower — it could use some cleaning. So, I took off one star for that. Everything else was great.

Hotel Mary was a quaint, clean, hotel perfect for what we were needing while traveling in Italy. They were very friendly and rooms were clean. It wasn't a Marriott but worked for what we needed a nice breakfast, clean rooms and a shower. When in Italy you don't need fancy — spend your time traveling and sight seeing not up in a hotel room!

Decent hotel within walking distance of the train station. Rooms average as far as décor, cleanliness. Bathroom very small, attention to customers with large sizes.

Nice staff, let uss check in at 01:10, and gave uss a free bottle of water. Ok price. Good breakfast, but a little to much sweet, no houlgrain bread. Bed was two single beds pushed togheter, but they were 'okey'.

Allerbo very close to the railway station and the city centre, only minus the room smelt of smoke, in spite of air fresheners the smell was annoying.

Pleasant hotel in a crucial position for visiting simply the 5 terre. A short walk from the station, where you can take an airport train to visit an enchanted area.
The staff were friendly and the service very good.
Too bad the lack of parking, in a busy area.
