A very comfortable place and without a doubt elegant to rest or eat with a friend or if you prefer a business appointment. There are multiple restaurants in the sercabia and it is right in front of the holy faith shopping center.

It is situated in a beautiful part of the city. Good servicentro talking about the transport.

Transportation Service to Cuernavaca.

It's in Santa Fe, Mexico city. A prime location to the business centre. I was in a standard room, stayed for a month, spacious for one person, includes living area, kitchen and bedroom. Morning breakfast not all that great, repeat stuff and not much variation. House keeping, cleans every day and keeps the room tidy (includes washing the vessels). Having a washing machine in the room is a plus, gets noisy tho. Overall a good experience.

Best attention and amazing rooms. Very near just walking for shopping malls and important companies.

Recommended for stays of more than 4 days as it has a washer-dryer and full kitchenette.

Excellent location, very cozy suites, fully equipped, (washing machine, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, etc…)

We have been staying in this hotel for several years, and every year the quality and service goes from bad to worse… a few years ago the breakfast was varied, on this visit (7 days) every day was pretty much the same, and the hot food almost cold including the coffee. The cleanliness of the rooms is good but little attention to the details — they leave no Kleenex extra if there are few, the same with the shampoo etc etc.
The washer/dryer takes literally 5-7 hours to dry clothes.
The habitation is very cold in winter so we had to order extra blankets and heaters.
What if it is very good are the beds.

Me agrada que ahí este el shuttle para viajar Cuernavaca/santa fe y me ahorre muchísimas horas de tráfico con esta opción.

Excellent food service with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is rich and has an affordable price.

There you can find the truck that goes to Cuernavaca, is called Hummingbird, you can pay in the office of Interjet.

I attended the day Saturday 2 December, in the evening evening, poor attention from the person in the lobby, nefarious and without customer service.

Really bad service, every room with dirty, bad smelly with towels, they even break into your room without your confirmation. It is really really bad hotel.

Comfortable comfort and in the heart of Santa Fe, the best residential and commercial area of the city.

I find it perfect that place to relax you have a nice social life and close to everything.

Very well located, I visited the event room for a party and it was a good size. Also there is a small shopping square with cafes and convenience stores. I recommend it.

If you leave near Sants de the bar at Hausuites may be a good option for a night out drinks.

The room itself is OK for the people need washing machine and kitchen, but the service can be ridiculous bad, the door was not available to open for twice because of the censor is out of battery, the first time took me more than 40 mins waiting, the second time I took the whole night, as the manager is the only one can do that and he was not answering his phone, what I can do was only sleep in another room without my things and the hotel can offer nothing, I cannot imagine what I can do if I need to catch a fight and this kind of thing, still waiting for a solution on the second morning, all plans have to be canceled because of this! BTW, they don't have a "do not disturb" sign, so the housekeeping will just knock you up and get in during your sleep!

Cleaning is excellent, the toilet is very fast and they leave everything very clean.
A little attention missing personnel since if not the saludas, they follow in their world.
They have many problems to Bill, after 4 days, have not been able to generate invoice.

Good location, space and decoration. Breakfast too simple. Service not consistent: during three days we had problem with strong smoke smell on our apartment. The receptionist in the second night (Nayeli) did not want to solve the problem, she lied saying that there were no rooms cleaned to move us out. In the third night Egardo was in charge and all was solved in a few minutes with an incredible customer service mindset.

Good relation cost-space-location, with many functional errors, such as electrical outlets, electrical and signage.
