Rooms are nice and big, hotel is clean, service is good, Wi-Fi is rippin (40-50 mbps down) and price is great. A notch below a top shelf biz hotel but I would definitely reccomend. If you do not speak Spanish you will be watching CNN (the one English channel) and might get interesting room service deliveries.

The truth is a good place very well located and with all the basic services. Each room also has a wardrobe, hooks, iron and dryer. The beds are comfortable and there is air conditioning in case you get hot. It also has cable on the TV and there is Wi-Fi, although it is a bit cumbersome to set up, but it works quite well.

In the area is expensive, more than 3mil per night, the rooms are better than Polanco real road. More spacious, clean and modern. But if they don't care much about the area there are many other options like holiday airport innovation.

Not a good place for the money, internet is not working and rooms are painted,. But paint smells too much.

I've been less than 12 hours in the hotel and already somebody broke into my room while I was in there. I arrived at 5 a. M. In the morning and only wanted to sleep. The guy didn't check if there was somebody in the room before entering. I could have been naked in there and they wouldn't have cared seems to me. I contacted reception to ask for an explanation and it was honestly a pretty lame one. Looking on internet this seems to be a common procedure at this hotel, people breaking into the rooms without checking first. Pretty rude and unprofessional.

Its a good hotel for sleep, the location is very good, but the shower its cheap and small.

Wouldn't recommend to international travellers. Had problem to check out with credit card for no reason. In the end my college paid for me. Bad experience.

Nice furniture, good coffee, very clean and roomy. Friendly staff, eager to help. Located in a very pleasant neighborhood.

The bad: The shower does not maintain the pressure, there seems to be no way to lock the door when you're inside and the staff can enter without more, zero privacy.

It is a friendly place with a great staff. Its weaknesses are infrastructure.
1. Do not have refrigerator so it keep food and beverages is not possible.
2 bathrooms do not have washers or clip, so it becomes a bit dangerous if you are over.
3. Very good TV don't forget HDMI, since channels are few.
4. The beds are very comfortable with an amount of pillows for any taste.
5 Gym and acceptable restaurants.

I really liked this hotel newly built, in Polanco Mexico City, perhaps the most exclusive. The hall, and then the first impact, maybe isn't the most spacious but the rooms manage to overcome worthily this shortcoming: they are clean, spacious, comfortable: already a double is gigantic! Perfect sound insulation, the heavy traffic of the capital will not come to disturb your dreams. To respond to the comment of Oscar lower, probably arrived at the time of the inauguration, because now that I arrived the internet worked great, and the safe lock perfectly. For a great start to your day, take a ride on the eighth (and last) floor, where a young kid but very smart will be happy to prepare a great breakfast. There is a buffet where use freely: ask, or take advice from him and your breakfast and processed, will be ready within a few minutes! If you accept a tip, very good the melon with papaya, honey and grains scattered over. Don't you twist your mouth and ask for a taste: you will be pleasantly surprised! Ultimately, a totally positive experience, hotel recommended.

A lousy service (receptionist blond, high) does not show you the room, you only get your card in the hab. And that's it. Upon arriving at the hotel wearing the wrong do not treat you as you deserve. There is No cleaning service until the next day and cover bed for sleep does not exist. Mary (the one in charge of organizing the rooms) was the best employee of the hotel; good vibe, super friendly and treated us great! And the girl in the café is also an excellent service. I wish you, and pay them as they deserve. Our hab. 307 had no refrigerator, microwave, in-room safe is not served; THE TV does NOT WORK AND THE INTERNET is NOT useful. The massage to the hab. Does not exist and the gym are 2 treadmills and 1 spinn $6, 023 in total. I recommend it for the place in front of the Secretary of National Defense, and this in Polanco. But for the price and the service. Not worth it. (April — 2015).
