My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay here while we were vacationing in Mexico City.

After a horrible stay at a nearby " hotel", we ended up here, and we were so HAPPY.

We stayed 6 nights and it was a great experience! Very friendly staffs, especially the waiter, Gustavo, in the restaurant Ala Parrilla, is very nice and provides excellent service.

At the end of April 24th, my stay at the Marquis Reforma Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Jose and Sadot.

This hotel is an oasis and well located in Polanco. I stayed there in 2017 and enjoyed the atmosphere in this traditional building which had been expanded with temporary architecture.

Where do I begin? This boutique hotel is LOVELY. The grounds and architecture are breathtakingly beautiful. The breakfast is delicious (get the verde juice!

I stayed from August 2-9, 2025, in a Junior Suite.

The service at this hotel is extremely good — some of the best I've had during all of my travels. Location was great as well. Rooms are a little rundown and in need of a refresh.

This is a beautiful gym tucked away in a Mexico City neighborhood. My daughter and I visited for a short weekend trip.

The Brick Hotel may be my favorite hotel ever. Miguel, the concierge, helped us line up airport transfers and his staff was always prompt and courteous.

This is a good but not a great hotel. It is well situated and within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. Our room was well sized and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights.

We had a wonderful four night stay at Casa Izeba. The room was well laid out and comfortable with lots of windows and a view of the treetops.

Book this hotel immediately. My sister and I absolutely loved our 5-night stay. The location is incredible, the rooms are comfortable and spotless. The hotel is gorgeous and fashionable.

Stayed here several times. My favorite feature is the massage from Eugenia! Excellent 1 hour massage for very reasonable price.

We stayed at Las Suites Campos Eliseos in Mexico City in the Planco area. Wonderful location. Rooms were spacious & clean. Comfortable bed. Balcony with a nice view.

When room service even made my dog’s bed every day (who loved it BTW! ), I realized how very important client satisfaction was for this establishment. The staff excelled at this.

My first time in Mexico City, I booked this hotel based on the photos. However, I was surprised to find that the reviews mentioned issues with Wi-Fi and water temperature.

Have been staying ULIV for an month, the services is awesome.
1. Arranged cleaning every week.
2. Included Gym, sky roof and self laundry area.

We are beyond pleased with our experience at Hotel Raizor. The staff were superb, friendly and authentic, multilingual, experienced and personable.

We stayed in a Junior suite and I think the only complaints I would have would be with the air conditiong and the pool.

UTOPIC is amazing. The location is perfect, easy to get to, several restaurants, bars, things to do and see in walking distance or short car ride or public transportation.

The JW Marriott Polanco delivers a high-quality experience from start to finish. The hotel has been renovated, and the updated rooms and common areas feel fresh and upscale.

The tours start every hour, so make some time in the café area they have delicious cocktails and cold beeer.
They also have a souvenirs shop.

This boutique hotel is perfectly situated opposite the park. The reception staff are amazing (shout out to Ian for going above and beyond!

Spent almost a week here and I miss it already!
I booked a Junior suite which was spacious and very clean. My room had a view of of Parque México which is right across the street.

Good stay overall. The location is excellent—very convenient and easy to get around from there.

Had a wonderful stay, rooms are perfect for a week long trip. But what really stood out was the service. When we had an issue, we had the absolute privilege of being assisted by Jaime.

Staff were friendly but difficult to be understood in English. Air conditioning not working, was "fixed" and then working too hard… Room otherwise very comfortable, good fitness center.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. The food in the lobby restaurant was great.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel with amazing staff. A bit pricey so when booking I was wondering if it’s truly worth it, after staying there I definitely feel like it did!

Casa Altata is in a great location in a lovely and gracious house. Very comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious with many choices.

The hotel is wonderfully managed and clean. The breakfast was beautiful and flavorful. The only thing if I could pick one to fix would be the shower water pressure.

Had a lovely stay at the Reforma Guest House, I would highly recommend it! The rooms are huge! The bed was very comfortable and the service was excellent — they were very helpful and friendly!

I really enjoyed my stay! The price is great, especially since you’ll be out exploring the city most of the day.
