Close to the airport! Excellent service and attention since you arrive! Delicious food and super comfortable beds.

Classic brand hotel, good food and breakfast.
The hotel will ask to fall close to the luxurious, it has service to the airport which is 15 min. The price is regular.

The hotel is nice but for five stars the pool just has to be.

Stayed for a few hours, but the room was perfect, staff attentious, the only con was not their fault: the traffic between the airport and the hotel took more than 20 minutes. So be careful with the rush hour.

Since you arrived all the staff is attentive to you. In my case we had a working session with breakfast and food included and the buffet is very good and varied. The rooms are spacious and with no external noise and the coffee break is always stocked. Would definitely go back.

Really nice hotel, put up here for an evening courtesy of an Aeromexico flight that was overbooked. Room and service was great and in terms of the service, we were served by Manuel for most of the day who went above and beyond the entire time, and really made our stay particularly good.

The attention was friendly on the part of some employees but not everyone was attentive to their work. In Buffet I attended there was variety in food and the grilled meats were good although some of the food left a lot to be desired. The place has a good location and is nice in general. It has a conference room. Overall it was good.

Business hotel with well-known Holiday Inn standard. I've been there the second time. Staff super friendly. Important — Airport shuttle does not run in the evening in regular traffic you have to call and will be picked up about 15 minutes later. Breakfast is good with great choice. The rest of the kitchen is ok however no kullinrische revelation. In the lobby is a Starbucks. Staff at the front desk spoke good English, service staff in the restaurant rather difficult. Rooms are clean and on standard, but here and there are already a bit of a habit.

Good buffet, good service a nice place, I find a bit ' expensive ', but acceptable… as there are other buffetts with greater variety of food, more or less of the same price.

The hotel complies well with all the services of a luxury hotel, it has a restaurant, bar, some tobacco shops and souvenirs. The food is good and the staff very friendly. We had a twin bed room in the fifth floor, and it was very nice and new, with lots of space. One of the best rooms we have had in our stay in Mexico. You can hear the aircraft coming over top but it isn't that bad. The internal noise was probably worse as there was a conference on. The only main downside is the food from the restaurant. It was the worst Mexican food we had on our entire trip. Had to leave it after one bite. The restaurant service was pretty poor as well. Overall excellent room, but don't eat the bad Mexican food.

Lousy. All night long I've been able to sleep. I stayed on the first floor and in the hotel there were conventions and company acts. The scandal down the hallways and entrance hall was impressive and intolerable. The hotel staff did nothing to avoid such a fuss. Really intolerable.
To top it I request a claim sheet and in principle they refuse, but then the manager, Mr. Gutierrez, provides me a survey sheet of tourism of Mexico City. Embarrassing!

I only visited an event hall that is there. It is comfortable and fits many people.
They have restaurant service. It is in a quite busy area of the city but seems to help by being relatively close to the airport.

Great midrange hotel to stay. Everything was very clean, new and functioning well. Rooms were quiet with just a little noise coming through from neighbouring rooms. Beds were very comfy with soft sheets. Staff were friendly and attentive and they even have a Starbucks in the foyer!

The front desk was very hospitable upon check in. The resteraunt buffet food is limited and tastes "just okay". Also opted to order from the menu and this was very good. The service though, is excellent, very attentive. The room we stayed in was a king junior suite. I think it has been recently remodeled. The shower was very nice with a rain style shower head. And the location of hotel to the airport is very convenient. We will stay here again.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel because it has a poor management.
If something happens to you, no one will be responsible for. It is unfortunate because reception and banquet staff are friendly and try to give good care; but the management is not at the level of its employees.
They are losing a client who hired them rooms, course rooms and meals to 14 people 4 times a month, only for not taking responsibility for a suit that damaged him in the dry cleaner's. Does that seem a smart decision?

Hotel is comfortable and accommodations are nice. The menu is a really limited and food quality is above average but not great. Close by the airport (15mins).

Near the airport, the Dalí already note is old and neglected. His staff saves him with excellent service attitude. It's not cheap, but it is an option.

I stayed in a first floor room, the oom was clean but really noisy, you could hear the airplanes and people talking outside. Room decoration seemed old fashioned.

Not a place for the weary traveler. Night manager very rude. Had a personality better suited to disgruntled public servant rather than the hospitality industry. Did not return my credit card so I had to go back after getting to airport. Had to pay for two cab rides. Uncomfortable bar that appears to be an afterthought — not even a tv. No water pressure shower dribbles all over and makes a slippery mess. Food decent but no other options unless you want to go for a cab ride. Needless to say, will never stay here again. Will most likely stay at a diffetent hotel even if I don't earn points.

Nice rooms in a remote area with no other restaurants or other amenities in the area. The buffet is overpriced but the food is reasonable quality.

In the halls of events there is very poor reception in terms of cellular signal. And the entrance is just by the side of the viaduct, for those who arrive at the hotel from the East of the city it would be ideal to have parking entrance from the back street.

Piano on first floor can be heard inside room at 4th floor. Water was warm, not hot and the pressure was low. I had also to pay in order to print my plane ticket, for the print and also for the computer usage.

The room I stayed is close to the street. ‎‎ Cars on this street go very fast during night time. I couldn't sleep well due to the traffic noise. The window was so poorly built not blocking the noise. I complained about the noise problem but they said that they couldn't do anything since the hotel was fully booked although I didn't see that many guests. You don't want to put your feet on the ottomans in the lobby. If you do, an obnoxious security manager will ask you to remove your feet. I told him that the ottomans are for putting legs on. But, all the sudden, this person didn't understand English. The person on the front desk was nice during my check-in although the card key was not working at first. However, during my check-out, the other person was horrible — no greetings no appreciation to customer at all. It may be because of my complains but this person is not definitely professional. The shuttle service b/w the hotel and the airport was good. The drivers were kind. The food was okay.
