The personnel are rude. The place is noisy and when you complain about it they almost tell you to go hell and they don't care. I had to get up early and there was noise all over from the rude employees.
Nasty hotel! Not AC. The rooms are very small. The towels are old and look dirty. The bed is small and the pillows are the cheapest they could find. There is no hand soap. The shower had no door. It smelled like mold.
Too expensive for a nasty room. Don't stay here! Please! I wish I had read the reviews before I spent a penny at this place. The food is expensive and looks nasty.
They also give commission to the taxi drivers to bring people to this place.

Overpriced, tired, worn out, bad pillows, trickle cold shower, window to hallway had broken lock. Security issue. Noise day and night. Hear other guests fight. But no other option at that price close.

When they booked, they didn't notice that they only accepted cash.
Upon returning with cash and asking for an invoice, they charged the VAT (they did not warn before going to take money) they offered to wake me at the time I asked and the Lord fell asleep.
I was told that they offered transportation to the airport, but at the end of the trip I was charged MXN $130 to T2. (They did not warn that what they offered was to call a taxi).

It is very close to Terminal 1 airport, good prices; Comfortable bed, with large TV and a variety of channels. I booked this hotel on booking. The reviews weren't bad, but as I arrived at the hotel everything was bad. The room supposedly had a bathroom and they tried to make us sleep in a windowless room, with common bathroom. Then we asked for a room with a window and was single, and really small, and the window was shared with another bedroom. The place smelt like an ashtray and was really dusty. The bathroom was horrible but at least clean. It's unexpensive and there is a reason for that. I really suggest to find another accommodation!
