Nice. At first we were touched in some rooms that were inclined and we changed to others without problem. Bedplugs may be required to sleep because of the noise of airplanes, if they have light sleep.

Great option if you need to be at the airport very early. They offer free transportation to the airport, which is 5 minutes from the entrance. Very nice rooms.

Very old installations and weird layout as the hotel has several buildings. It's very convenient for early flights as they have an airport shuttle.

(Simple Suite) A very cozy place to rest in a pleasant way, the room has the basics and tasteful, it is definitely the best cost-benefit options if you have to stay close to the airport.
The service is late even if you have a reservation.
And parking is a long way from your room whatever your room, other than that they charge you parking at $95 if you're a guest.
To conclude I repeat that it is one of the best options.

Great Place to wait for the connection or the flight. The location is privileged whether you are going to the airport or if you want to easily access other points of the city, as it is directly opposite a metro station. The Place is nice in general and the rooms super comfortable and spacious. A very good place to rest.

This is a great hotel for those arriving at or departing from Mexico City, the hotel has transportation service to the airport which takes about 10 to 15 minutes to arrive. The bedrooms and outdoors are cool and clean and the staff is kind. Highly recommended!

Stayed 12 days everything was excellent! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is lovely and cozy.

Very good service but I think it is expensive the restaurant and it is the same menu of the whole chain (no variety).
What I dislike more is that to use the points you already have accumulated as a frequent customer you have to announce from the reservation and no one alerts you that when booking, I think that can be done without problem also from the moment you Register… but it is not so.

Very good place to rest before a long flight. They also have a service that takes you free to the airport exits. Very good service although a little noisy around the area where it is located.

El Wi-Fi del hotel es pésimo no funciona ni para enviar un correo, trate de solucionar llamando a recepción y el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba bajo a recepción y la Sra de la recepción muy poco amable me dice que espere en la habitación que mandaran a alguien a solucionar esa persona nunca llego la verdad pienso que cuando estás fuera de tu casa lo primordial es la conectividad. Eh tenido que dejar la puerta de la habitación abierta para mejorar un poco la señal y poder enviar mis correos, muy mala atención poca eficiencia y el Wi-Fi no funciona hay muchos otros hoteles en el área con mejor servicio y comida me eh hospedado en el hotel camino real aquí mismo cerca y nunca paso esto.

I have stayed on two occasions here. The hotel's own transportation — airport is included, in case you arrive in the early morning you can pick up by calling the hotel number. The journey is approximately 15 min. The food in the restaurant is good, dishes with abundant food, the price a little high.
Clean rooms Although the pillows are a bit harsh but nothing to prevent you from falling asleep.

Good place to stay, comfortable, clean and good service. The restaurant is not good, it is better the wings that is together and the location near the airport this excellent for a business trip but not to go tourist.

If you come from the airport the CDMX is very close. The facilities are very nice. The pool and gardens give a special touch to your stay. The staff were very friendly and comfortable. In front of the hotel there is a subway station so you can go anywhere you want. Although the hotel is retired from the center you find good options and ways to get around.

Highly recommended, the facilities are comfortable. They adapt to the needs of the users. The area in which it is located is not the best.

To start the staff that is at the entrance are very friendly and is in a place that the traffic does not prevent you from reaching where you are going is very accessible where you want to go you will be.

Very nice hotel with a great staff. Whether at the front desk, in the dining room or housekeeping… they are all very helpful. Location not that great, but they do have a free airport shuttle.

Cozy, A/C, Wi-Fi signal was strong, but internet was finicky, coffee and water in room. Hair dryer, iron, safe. The pool is cute… Decent workout room. The entrance is gated and if you take an uber, just have the driver honk because the guy who lifts the bar up is usually just around the corner near the other building. Walking distance to the airport, but there's a shuttle. Walking distance to the metro (subway). Don't pay for the breakfast buffet. There are good prices in the menu. Next door is a restaurant called "wings" that has a huge selection as well.

Clean friendly hotel close to mexico city airport.

Very clean and the products they put in the bathrooms are very good! (In fact the lavender soap is 100% natural and helped me a lot with my facial cleaning). Customer service is good. The food is delicious.

Almost the best breakfast I had. There is everything and speacially good mexiacan food. Nice people and warm, good service and atention, nice room.

Very clean, the rooms very clean, the staff are friendly. Ay a square and has many shops, restaurants. I recommend the restaurant La Casa de Toño. The bad. It's not near the airport.

Everything is the same… Luckily every time an Internet connection is less necessary…
The explanation and solution that from the hotel try to give to the problem are a mockery.

Quick Service. Good food, reasonable prices.

Rooms are small and bathroom minuscule but there's a little balcony that makes it more agreeable. The shuttle to the airport is frequent and service was kind. Check in was slow and we didn't get to try the breakfast but I'd say it's perfect for your last night before an early flight!

I was in a family event, anda was, as usual, great, the food great, the assitance great. The facilities are renewed and look amazing. Its allways a pleasyre be there.

The hotel "Fiesta Inn airport Mexico City" offered me an excellent service from my arrival to the Check-Out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. It also has a free shuttle service to the airport.

Very comfortable, very clean, modern designs that achieve a very relaxed atmosphere. The buffet is very good.
You have free transportation to and from the airport; From the airport at Terminal 1 head to Gate 4, there will be a representative of nearby hotels, inform the hotel you are going to and ask you for your hotel reservation number, in the representative's own words "may take up to 40 minutes in Get there but it tends to be a lot less "in my case it was about 10 minutes.

Excellent location and attention to service. Breakfast and brunch great. Grill on all three meals.

The hotel is large, has many buildings and the food is very varied and tasty. I did not use the pool because of the cold I did in the time I went because it is outdoors. The rooms are comfortable and the carpet is very soft but the remote control of the TV is already very used so it failed at times and the water of the shower does not come out so hot, barely warm and on one occasion it lose weight the jet as if it had finished. The attention of most of the staff is very friendly, with the exception of two waitresses. Recommended.

This is a good hotel. There are four differents buildings of 3 floors and in the center there is a nice garden / pool to be relaxing.

Nice hotel near airport. Screen doors of my room opened to grassy courtyard. Shuttle was fast and friendly once you know the process … you must go to the Fiesta office just before leaving arrivals to request the shuttle. Buffet was reasonable but my stomach felt uneasy over the next day. Friendly and efficient staff.

I attended to a personal matter with someone working there. The place is extremely accessible because is near subway, bus and taxi in the area. If I were a guest in the place I can tell the presentation of the complex can be improved, a lot. Security was not of my liking seem very regular and the place is as clean as any other normal hotel. I know the place since I was young because my father worked at the airport but the place still look the same since forever, that's why I was saying that it can be improved, they should remodel the place. I can't say more than this superficial information.

Good, food is local and European style. Would give it 5, but the Camino real is slightly more expensive, but has restaurants around and closer to the airport that has all the shops you need. Street food is closer to the Fiesta though. So it's a toss up between Street vs restaurants. Good place over all, very clean.

Extremely close to Mexico City airport, but without any Spanish knowledge Inadequate. Shuttle from the terminal to the hotel did not work, because when the call was answered in Spanish and then immediately hung up.

Excellent place. Very close to the airport. FREE Shuttle every 20min. AMAZING buffet for $250. Service is fast and friendly. The hotel has a weird set up but its different (There are signs everywhere) the rooms are very cute and modern.

Facilities (rooms, corridors, elevators) very old. Registration sooo slow. Difficult access if traveling from the East of the CDMX.

The restaurant service is very poor and yet is very expensive. I paid $250 for a few eggs and beans. The bathroom door is not open and the lights at night.

Much I liked since there is diversity in entertainment, but I feel that it would give a special touch putting more sources in the corridors of a building to another vegetation is super.

Stayed overnight prior to an early flight the next morning. Staff was friendly. Check-in had long lines and took quite a bit longer than I would expect. The room was OK. The hotel building itself is very dated, but had been remodeled a few times. The AC unit was loud and uncomfortable (freeze, sweat, freeze, sweat), with something slamming or knocking after every cycle. Bathroom was OK. Shower was good, but sink was horrible, splashing everywhere when turned on. Will likely try my luck at a different hotel next time.

I rarely ever post reviews, but my stay here was so pleasant that I HAD to say something. For the right price, I was able to stay in a beautiful room, meticulously clean, with strong internet and complimentary coffee. The restaurant was a fantastic experience, although I wish it had more vegan options. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. And there was a complimentary shuttle to the airport (necessary when you can't go through the subway underpass between midnight and 5 AM). Besides the lack of vegan options, my only regret is that I couldn't stay longer.

The proximity to the airport, transfer to the Hotel u. Retour was perfect. Friendly hotel staff.

In the comfortable quarters as any holiday inn. The only thing is that in my room, I had a quite remarkable drop, the bathroom door was open and a drawer is always opened. If they are to take shuttle, take your time later close to half an hour waiting and transfer.

The bed was too hard, although the pillows were comfy. The caldo tlalpeño I had from room service was the worse I have had in my life, it smell pretty bad and you could taste the fat in the soup, it was far too oily.

Good hotel, but aircraft noise is sometimes unbearable, it could use them to invest in a good insulator of noise in the rooms.

It's very close to the airport which for overnight stays is extremely convenient. The hotel is nice and spacious. Food is a little on the expensive side. Rooms are larger than average and quiet and comfortable.

Check in was slammed at 11pm, took 45mins to get room key. Door lock didn't work, had to go back and get assigned new room. Adequately comfortable night, bit loud with background noise. Massive line for the airport shuttle in the morning, didn't arrive for 45 minutes (advertised 20 minute interval). Staff seemed very indifferent. For a short, airport-connecting overnight, it was very inconvenientm Wouldn't stay again.

Everything is OK the problem is the parking lot charge drawer 95 pesos although one be guest or go to eat at the restaurant being a service that you would have to give.

Rooms in excellent condition there is free transportation from and to the airport either terminal one or two in spite of its location is a very quiet place, restaurant quality!

Actually I had a reservation in Fiesta inn plaza central aeropuerto, we where 5 persons with 7 luggage so we called 2 uber's both took us to Fiesta Inn aeropuerto, so we had to take another uber to get to Fiesta Inn plaza central. Clearly both taxis and us got confused. All the places around the airport had the name aeropuerto, no matter ir there are 2 or more of the same business. Fiesta Inn plaza central had an excellent service! I give it 5*.

After having such a Horrible experience in Mexico city this hotel seemed to be the best service I had my whole trip Up until 3 am when I woke up itching only to see a huge bed bug on my bed along with many tiny ones when I decided to check the bed for more I turned the pillow which I was not using only To find hairs! I could not sleep on that bed any longer I decided to let staff know the Clerk was Really nice Once I showed her the pictures and videos I took she immediately offer a Different room once I told her I didn't need it that I would be leaving the manager who didn't bother to come talk to me Offer a mini breakfast. The hotel it self is really nice but I was beyond disgusted once I seen someones Hair all over my suppose to be clean sheets I probably won't Be going back.

The staff is the only asset rescuable at this nightmare hotel. The hotel is dated, a\c unbearably loud, the rooms are not quiet, all the noise comes in from the outside. Do not stay at this hotel, you will regret it. The good reviews the hotel has, I have my doubts where they come from, maybe from paid reviews.
