The good: periodic and complimentary airport transportation.
The VERY BAD AND INACEPTABLE: no will to guard suitcase for a day, even if you have a reservation for successive night. This causes many inconveniences to those of us who use the hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Personally I was involved with many problems including almost missing a flight for airport formalities for having to document it! You can hardly think about recommending or staying at the hotel again.

Excellent for a sleep between flights. Shuttle to gate 4 of the airport. Excellent buffet style lunch.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast without variety, nor variety of cold cuts, nor fruit, nor breads. Very fair. I would not recommend it but it is close to the airport and is a good point.

If you want good service, if you want help with your problems, if you want working Wi-Fi, or Wi-Fi fixed after asking 4 separate times, I would consider another hotel.

In short: You get what you ask for! For me, short stay to have internet, some shower and sleep. It is a good value for money; clean / safe room and close to the airport. They have regular shuttle service to airport, but I decided to walk, took only 5-6mins…

Good room and restaurant, but there was NO INTERNET connection in the room during my stay.

We just stayed overnight on our way back home. Really near from the airport and well organized logistics for transportation (shuttle) b/w airport and hotel. The best asset, their staff. I was thinking it would be an average place, convenient and clean, but exceeded the expectations. The room clean, loved the shower head and the really hot hot water. Had a sound sleep although the pillow was a little too thick for my taste, but hey, when you say it was the pillow you didn't like, there's really not much else to complain about… Got complimentary breakfast, which is a buffet option at the downstairs restaurant. That made the fee much more competitive, and the variety was really good, the fruit selection nice and quality almost superb. What really was outstanding was service: friendly, attentive and not overwhelming. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to business and short stays (because it is near the airport, location may be troublesome due to traffic).

In general the hotel is good, the rooms are nice and comfortable.
They offer free breakfast.
Close to the airport and Gate 1, you can even reach on foot in less than 10 min.

Excellent Service, Rooms are clean and functional and a super buffet breakfast.

Very convenient, 5 shirt minutes from the airport. Very courteous staff and friendly. It has free shuttle service to the airport every 15 mins.

Very comfortable Hotel. Spacious rooms with double bed 2-seater. It is convenient to book from the airport office. The price is quite minor and they include roundtrip transfer + buffet breakfast. (Eye don't miss the breakfast baucher because you don't get another and you run out of it). The hotel hires very safe vans, which for 750 Mexicans make a 3-hour tour of the city. If you can do the tour with José Sanabria, it's a guarantee.

We stayed here for one night and had a very friendly greeting at this hotel at 4 in the morning! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious! We had a pleasant stay.

Excellent place to stay, very clean place, and the buffet is excellent, I stay one day after the event EDC Mexico and the truth is very satisfied, spacious rooms and very clean, with Internet service, international television, heating, and A large bathroom, the truth super recommended for travelers or people wishing to rest after a concert or event in the sports City (Palacio de los Deportes, Autodromo) 100% recommended.

Huge XXL doors and rooms with walls of 1 centimeter, you can hear what you talk about, TV noise and even the moans of up to 2 rooms.

Very good service with a varied menuy. The seafood Restaurant has a good reputation and the rations are according to the price. The attention was a little slow but the place was quiet.

Comfortable beds and excellent location. I think they should check their cleaning services and the issue of hot water, I had to leave the key open for more than 10 minutes until the hot water came out. The price of the room is high and not accessible. The breakfast service did not respect the schedule, the days I stayed I had to wait more than 30 minutes until I was all set up.

To whom it corresponds: a magnificent Hotel but a detail made to lose all the experience.
Reservation for the night of the 17/12/2017 room: 3329 I describe the facts: 1. — Excellent Hotel 2. — Excellent location 3. — Excellent receptionist, scheduled a box lunch 4. — Excellent room our worst experience.
There was no hot water in the room, I died of cold but so I bathe, my wife came sick from the throat for not having hot water in the room.
What was to be a very good option became my worst experience because I got a problem to my house and have to spend on doctors and medicine, this month trip to 3 cities and all hotels to the simplest had water client,.
I'm not staying with you again.

I stayed here for one night because of a flight delay with my mother. Nice accomodations, For the bad, the showerhead had a leak that did not bother either of us, we had one small key problem quickly resolved, and the bedroom window had no view. There is not much around, but the subway is a 2-minute walk away. The price was not excellent but then again we had to stay as an emergency. Would give 4, 5/5 if I could. The hotel and its staff did not disappoint. Would stay again. Cannot compare to other hotels in the surroundings.

Not too bad for a overnight stay near MEX airport. Don't expect any nice view and certainly do not go for a walk in the immediate surroundings. Room is clean and welcoming though and staff is nice and helpful. Nespresso machine inside the room is a nice touch!

An excellent hotel for when you need to travel to Mexico city and stay close to the airport. Very neat, clean, accessible and with free transportation to and from the airport.

A perfect place to have fun and spend a great time with the loved ones… If proximity to the airport of the City of Mexico makes this the perfect location for getting to and from there move throughout the city…

The hotel is OK. The staff are really nice and helpful. The whole place is a bit run down compared to hotels of similar prices that I stayed in in Mexico City. The air conditioning didn't work at all so the room was far too hot. Breakfast was good.

It's conveniently located near the airport, though if you arrive late you might wait quite awhile for the shuttle. I've stayed in a variety of hotels in Mexico, so I can say that for the price of this one, Ramada could have found towels that don't resemble sandpaper. The hotel is clean, and the bartender knows how to make a drink. Despite what is advertised, there is no rooftop terrace, but maybe you don't want to be breathing that DF air, anyway.

In front of the airport. Transportation to the airport every 15 minutes. Lunch box of courtesy in case that you don't always have breakfast (breakfast buffet). And an excellent shower/shower no hot or cold water and with enough water pressure problems. I would come back.

In general it's a good hotel, the room in which I stayed was television cable, remote control, air conditioning, bathroom with hot and cold water. Very comfortable. Every day have shuttle service to the airport free of charge, but also you can walk without any problem, because there are very near a pedestrian bridge that goes direct to the airport.

Usually, when I have to spend the night between flights and other things, I choose the NH Hotel. More comfortable (it is located directly at the airport), certainly, but also damn more expensive. If you are not planning to spend a fortune can therefore be worthwhile to leave the airport, cross the road and literally overnight accommodation at the hotel Ramada. I must admit that the experience I encountered was very good! I was lucky enough to be assigned to a business suite, because the regular rooms were finished, and I have enjoyed a huge room with adjoining private meeting room with table, chairs and sofa in peninsula! I liked the dreams are guaranteed (jet lag). If you need to print a boarding pass, you can go to the front desk, in what they call "business center", and print independently and free from PC all documents that you feel are necessary. Breakfast was very good in the morning, free and very frequent shuttle service to and from the airport. Low prices considering that we are still in Mexico. What more could you wish for? Ah, Yes: a Wi-Fi connection than 56 Kbps. After all, we are in the third millennium …

Don't drink from the tap! Use the provided bottled water.

The first hotel in the world, or anywhere in the world where I get threathened to be killed by another guest. Simply because I ask them to be quiet at 1am in the morning and they are conversing in the hallway loudly.
I am in shock. This just happened now. Wonder if I will be able to sleep the rest of the night.

Excellent service!. Free breakfast buffet and if you don't you can have breakfast by the time you get a bag with a snack, juice and fruit. In addition to the free airport shuttle.

In general the service is very good had breakfast excellent. What I did not like. Asked for a taxi and they made me go down stairs quite dangerous to the basement of the hotel. Most night I had the need to move to the hotel Fiesta IIn and the driver I collection, arguing that it was already out-of-route, out of this very well, comfortable.

Great place to stay for those who like trio music on Friday nights.

One of the worst hotels near the airport. All hallways and rooms smell like dirty toilet (I changed rooms but it was the same on the next room I got). The neighborhood is very bad and insecure. The rooms have no windows. Fortunately we only stayed one night. Avoid!

It is a very nice hotel and especially is very close to the airport, excellent choice for people who come often to the capital for business or for short periods since their cost is so high.
