Fue muy agradable mi estadia, el personal es muy amable y atento considero fue un trato excelente, los servicios los considero cumplen perfectamente con mis necesidades.

Hotel con todo necesario. Incluye desayuno buffet (básico) y transpiración. Lo malo es que huele muy mal, sale aire del drenaje.

No son muy amables y en el cuarto no habia plancha. El desayuno no sabe tan bien (menos los chilaquiles, esos si eran buenos) y el hotel olia un poco mal. La trasportacion tardo mucho en ir por nosotros, casi una hora. Pero en si, para una estadia estaba bien, al lado venden unos elotes muy buenos.

I stayed at the Airport City Express in Mexico City. Customer service was excellent, as well as the facilities. It's very clean and functional. Breakfast was simple but nice.

Close to the airport. Free shuttle prompt and only a 15 minute ride. Breakfast good. Complimentary coffee and tea bar. Firm beds, lumpy pillows but quiet clean and safe. A good buy.

We went to the city of Mexico to the Depeche Mode concert and do not know how to move in the city, we arrived at the airport, we spoke to the Hotel and they sent their transport to pick us up at no cost.
The doorman-bell boy warns us that they had arranged a transport to take other guests to the concert and invited us to leave with them, at no cost, we only tipped the driver.
Our stay included breakfast, which was not wouuu, but I can say that very good and complete, a minibuffet with cereal, coffee / te, juice, yogurth, eggs and chilaquiles.
We asked for an outing later than stipulated, and we were given it until 3pm at no cost, we only join your Rewards Program, something as a frequent customer.
And to close, the day of our departure we were taken to the airport at no cost.
We loved the service, and everything we got for what we paid, was worth the fee.
They will be our short-stay hotels.
I recommend it 100%

I loved this hotel. A little far from the. City. But very close to the airport, very good breakfast.

I was expecting a little more from the hotel. Good location and shuttle service to/from the airport. My shower curtain was broken and I would recommend better to ask for a home as the food offered by the room service is nothing special.

Excellently located just minutes from the airport of la CDMX (almost in front). The service is good to dry, and you have the classic breakfast firm the city express. The cost of a room in double occupancy (without reservation, that is to say, asking in the hotel directly) is of ($2, 050 pesos)
But I think that all the hotels in the area cost that same…

Nice hotel, however arrive before the time of check-in, and despite the fact that they had availability I was left waiting in a chair. There was not a good experience.

In general always everything well with this chain, but they go several times that it lacks cleanliness to the floor, the control of the TV very dirty.

This review is based in the terrible experience scheduling the shuttle. I called them to ask for the transportation, they told me to be in door because “the shuttle is almost there”. After 25 minutes I called them back and they said: oohh the shuttle will be there in 30 more minutes, so keep waiting in the cold weather. Terrible lack of communication.

Comfortable, new and attractive price for an airport hotel. Close to the terminals with included transportation. Do not forget to secure a place in the van by telling the front desk the time you need to be there, it runs every 30 min. Front desk staff could be friendlier.

The hotel is the typical city, but it is very good location near Mexico City Airport. It has electric curtains, dryer, iron and air conditioning. The bed is comfortable and the room is quiet. It rests well. Good point is that there is room service. You don't have to go out looking for restaurants. Transportation from both the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport is free of charge. But you have to book it with the hotel. Something I did not like was that in my case the transport was not for me to the airport. They told Me the driver got sick, but they didn't even offer to pay the taxi for compensation. I understand it is free but it is a service and if offered there is no excuse. Outside of that, good value for money.

Hotel rooms have all the essential for a night. Have multiple charging stations and A. C. Power outlets. Room service is good. Recommend for a night before a morning flight.

Nice rooms, service and location.

My husband and I travel around the world all the time and have stayed in many places, this hotel seemed descent and very clean. Everything was perfect until we came across with Ms. Tania who we met in the lobby and gave us an attitude that made us feel like they didn't appreciate our business. We have had a terrible night at the airport since they canceled our flight and we wanted to check in earlier, we called the hotel and an associate told us that she would have a room available for my family including my one year old daughter at 8:30 am when we came accross Ms. Tania she came to us saying that there was a charge for 600 Mexican Pesos which no one mentioned before plus in a very rude manner she specifically pointed that "we could eat breakfast tomorrow, not today" What type of customer service is this? I definately won't stay in any of the city express hotels until they train their workers in the right way. Poor customer Service, don't value business, no going out of the way to earn your business!

We arrived and immediately the staff came to pick up our baggage, we were sent to the lobby to complete our check in, which took about 5 minutes, we were given a key for the bedroom and were fastly settled down. We ordered dinner through the room service, the staff took around 45 minutes to bring the meal. In the morning the transport to the airport provided by the hotel was great.

Great hotel very clean rooms. Great staff very friendly very secure, close to airport and city. They have complimentary shutle from airport to hotel as well back to airport and also free breakfast and the food is really good. As well room service food is very good no need to go out for food I recommend room service good flavor food… I recommend this hotel.
